Best Western SeaWorld San Antonio

Location to my meeting site.

It is very old, the bed sheets were stiff and rough. The towels were stained.

The daytime worker, he was constantly busy fixing things around the hotel that kept breaking, kind and sweet. Close to SeaWorld.

Our power kept turning off in our room constantly because the breaker kept tripping, the breakfast potatoes were french fries, the waffle batter kept breaking to make waffles, the hot tub didn’t work and the lighting fixture with wires was just floating.

Nothing at all.

The sheets were dirty filled with bed bugs and hair. The floors we?re disgusting never mopped at all. The towels and baseboards were dirty. This was the same in 2 different rooms might I add. The lobby wasn?t clean either.

Bed was comfortable and A\C worked well.

The continental breakfast was especially terrible. The potatoes were literally frozen in the middle! Day 2 was even worse. I was not expecting anything grand, but Edible would have been nice. If you stay here, bring your own breakfast or go out to eat.

One night was a wreck, the room next to us was smoking weed and I'm allergic.. no sleep no refund

Sheets, Duvet and comforter AND towels looked like they had NOT been washed in a year. Just Nasty and room stunk like feet and musty water. DOUBLE BED SHOULD TOTALLY BE ADDRESSED IN LAMES TERMS, JUST SAY FREAKING FULL SIZE BED. STOP MISLEADING PEOPLE!!!

A/c went out at 4 am

I made a reservation for double bed for 2. I and my son. what I got was a full bed. I had move to another hotel after 3 nights. This has been my worst hotel experience.

Absolutely nothing and did not stay. Went to another hotel and asked for a refund.

Everything. The staff did not know what he what to do. No manger there. First room actually the whole floor smelled like pot. Second room had no electricity in it. Third room they tried the kid could not figure out how to get the key to even open the door

Room was great and nice soft comfortable bed.

Staff not very polite.housekeeping does not knock or announce they try to just walk in your room.staff not helpful with & recommendations for places in area.breakfast was the worse ever just eggs no meet and no juice. Did not keep stocked.

Well I booked the hotel for two nights. However I can only stay there for 1 nights because there was a severe freeze back home and I can't afford to stay there another night. I had to go home an wrap up my pipes. The hotel would not give me a refund me.

The matress was filthy. Unacceptable for the price I paid. I booked another hotel with La Quinta for $20 less and more professional service. . Not satisfied at all.

Free breakfast in the morning. It has mine fridge and microwave in the room. Has self parking.

I stayed on the 3rd floor and sometime there was not enough hot water to take a shower.

The staff was very humble and friendly.

It seems like there are several improvement requirements. The standards are very low. Issues include non-functional hot water, curtains, and a malfunctioning TV remote.

Away from traffic

No closet, had to ask for iron use, light fixture and window blind was broke, water was lukewarm, and the bed was hard

The price.

Their hot water was out. They knew this when we booked. When I called the front desk when I couldn¿t get hot water they said they were waiting on a part for several days and they knew there was no hot water. Are you kidding me??!! Towels were old!

NOTHING!!!!

EVERYTHING!! Hotel is run down. Leaks and stains everywhere .Breakfast is very limited with a worker right behind you. Elevator wasn't working during our 3 day stay mind you we were on the 3rd floor with babies. Fire alarm went off at 2am for a good while

Right by highway but not too much noise from that.

Dirty bathroom and floor. Need to be remodeled.
