Tru by Hilton San Antonio at the Rim

The location

Service desk said breakfast was until 10AM. At 9:07am ALL breakfast was cleared and put away. We asked the front desk what time breakfast ended and he said 10am, so we replied back with it’s 9:07am?? He looked at us like we were crazy. Kids didn’t eat.

no carpet in the room. the room was clean. plenty of outlets and USB ports conveniently located.

The rooms are VERY small - claustrophobic! No closet, no drawers, so it looks messy because there's no place to store your clothes

Staff acted like they were being bothered when I inquired as to noise and construction at 3 am two nights out of the three that woke me up. No response was provided. The floor in this room was dirty and sticky in certain areas.

Breakfast was good and the cleanliness was good.

I wish the pool was open later and earlier.

My Truck was broken into and there was about a 1000 dollars worth of property stolen. The management was not shocked or surprised by this . I was told these things happened all the time there . If i would have known we would not of stayed there !!!!!!!

Customer service and cleaning was great

Just that I would of liked for my rm to have had a microwave and a verity of breakfast such as biscuits and gravy or potato and egg,ham and egg or chorizo and egg but other than that it all was good.

The room was clean when we entered it and staff brought us everything we asked for.

The sign said the room would be cleaned every other day during our stay, but no one entered, cleaned, took out trash, or replaced dirty towels during our stay. We had to leave the trash bags in the hallway because no one came and got the trash.

Hotel is new, clean, friendly staff, and great location.

Rooms are a bit small but still enjoyed our stay.

It was close to six flags and always have a good breakfast The fire pit is nice although it was broken

There was blood on the pillows. My daughter refused to stay in the room after seeing that and we had to go to another hotel Was not allowed to sit in the pool area where there were chairs and lights Security guard was very rude to my 13 year old son

Friendly Staff, Clean, Convenient to Shopping,Restaurants, I am a Stager so the decor layout was creative, pleasant and vibrant

The sheets and pillows were not the most comfortable, but I rested well anyway.

This hotel is not livable. The central ventilation system creates intolerable noise all day long and no one a fall asleep !

The closeness to everything at the rim and also how modern it is

property was clean, great vibe, would definetly spend more time on hotel during warmer months to enjoy it, great vibe and stff were friendly, room was nice and warming, shower was great one of the best we have had in a while, great parking and atmosphere in lobby. breakfast could have more warm food options but other than that it was great.

pillows a bit soft but not detrimental

Great location if you’re going to six flags, amenities were good and lots of little activities to do in house which is nice! Snack shop is the best stocked I’ve ever seen at a hotel which was nice, breakfast in the morning is also lovely and very well stocked.

Rooms are very small and evening staff wasn’t the friendliest but nothing that was too bad!
