Nothing bed covered in bedbugs

They had bedbugs. I had to throw my clothes away. We had bites all over us. Told the man at front desk I was getting bit while I was checking out. He said do you have pictures, I said look at me as I am being bit and scratching. Still no refund.

The best you can get for the price.

Yes, the fact that I had to leave a 50 dollar deposit even after the room was already paid for. Here we are at Tuesday and I still haven?t Ben given it back.

No breakfest and I was charged 50 dollars for a security deposit and only got 30 dollars back because of a small stain on the sheets and I checked out at 3pm and could not get a partial refund

No ice machine ( broken) but thanks to the girl upfront I got ice one time then I had to go buy a bag next door at the gas station .

The guy that worked there had better services then the girl

That the girl from the front desk was rude they couldn't change our the towels or sheets

Good location, clean, and excelent value for the price.

The rooms are quite small, and check-in was slightly delayed as staff were away for a few minutes.

I like that there are smoking rooms available. I like that It was quiet and peaceful. I like it's close to several stores and restaurants.

I did not like having to pay a $100 deposit, to find myself at risk of taking roaches home with me. Roaches spread faster than stds. Things clearly haven't been updated recently enough to warrant such a high deposit.

Booked room at super low rate. Did not have an extra$100 deposit for room. Never did I see that a deposit is required up front, no exceptions. Then it cost me an additional $35 to cancel because I couldn't move my stay somewhere else. My refund still has not arrived either

No mention of $100 deposit. Could not bend or help me out

The AC was working great really nice and cold.

The room didn't get clean everyday, the beds are a bit tad high

Staff was friendly and understanding.

The area is sketchy and property is outdated. You get what you pay for here basically. I left after the 1st night.

Easy check in and check out.

There were dirty bed sheets with multiple stains. Pillows had hair and dandruff on them just not clean. The outlets were not working only one did which was frustrating. Broken doors and stains all over the walls. There wasnt really much safety on property. My husband asked for an extra key as we forgot ours in our room and they just gave him one. Mind you he didn’t check in with me he was in our car during check in. That felt kinda of unsafe.

The small queen beds they offer, they seem smaller than a queen. More like a full for one person

I said a lot of negative things but the people who run the Inn are nice. I do feel like I was ripped off though. If I could’ve canceled and been refunded I would’ve gone to a different hotel that feels safer( location, workers were nice but again a lot of homeless people hanging out)

Came to visit my wife for a graduation at LAFB. I did not have high expectations, but the second the sun starts going down do NOT go outside. A ton of homeless people walking around. In the “lobby” there’s signs with price sheets for any missing items, a cleaning fee, sign for $100 deposit, and a sign saying only people on the room can go inside. So if you’re visiting for graduation you could be charged a fee for having someone there( that was my understanding) I was very put off by the accommodations as well. The beds were clean but the ceiling had a little water damage and it worried me, showers were closer to Luke warm than hot, AC unit either freezes you out or has you sweating. It was hard to stay comfortable as well. Again I know it sounds like I’m being harsh but for the price go elsewhere. No water source to refill ( they had 12 oz bottles for $3 each, sake with 12oz soda). Checking in took about 15-20 minutes and it was just myself.

U pay what u get.

Night time office worker was rude. The card has to match the person who reserved the room if not u can’t get the room. Told the guy u need to have that rule put on booking.com website. Overall will never stay there

Disappointing

Socket by the bed doesn't work unless lights are turned on. Animal fur and human hair are embedded into the second layer of the blanket- speaking of which are both paper thin. Room is incredibly small compared to the pictures shown on listing.There is a big yellow stain on sheet. Looked up from laying on the bed and saw two holes in the celling. Finally the door had a hard time to lock and this area shows it needs it. That being said they gave us a new blanket, and the staff was very nice. For the price I would come at your own discretion. 2/5.

They offered a smoking option which is not ideal for everyone but for those of us that do indulge, it was convenient to be able to without leaving the room.

There was only one bedside table and I didn't have a place to put my things so I placed them on the floor. Not a huge deal at all, but it would've been nice to have one.

The people in thr front charged me 20 for a missing ice bucket which I never had one in The first place very rude

The room was dirty, as well as they put us in the wrong room and then argued with us about which room we booked? the sheets were also dirty and needed to be removed
