Best Western Plus Downtown North

The staff was very courteous and helpful, location. It’s just outside of the city and the room is exactly as advertised

The elevator was not working. Later that evening a storm caused a power outage from 9:30pm to 3:30am. Pillows , bedding and mattress were lumpy and worn out. Sheets could have been clean but old and worn makes it feel cheap .

Bathroom wasn't as clean it could have been. Shower curtain needed attention. Bathroom faucet was held together by tape.? Breakfast was adequately supplied

Breakfast and customer service was good

Condition and maintenance should improve. Rooms smell like basement, found two roaches. One dead one not. Moldy furniture and drawers that would not close. We hurt our self a few times.

The hotel was decent and clean. The staff was very nice.

The area the hotel is in rough area with alot of homeless circling the parameter. We also had someone try to enter our room as we slept around midnight not once but twice about 10 mins apart. I am thankful I used the door safety latch.

The room was very clean and well kept

I guess the floor was sloped, because the drawers on either side of the bed would not stay closed. My key card stopped working, and I had to stand in line about 10-15 minutes to get it reactivated, after working a long day and just wanting to relax.

bed/king mattress was very bad with a hole-dip in the middle - kept rolling into the dip

Although the rooms are a bit older, they are extremely clean. The beds are comfy and the air conditioner is ice cold. I LOVE the location and the wonderful hot breakfast included. Very nice staff and hot coffee available all day. Great value!

Room was big enough and ready for us when it was time for us to check in.

Pool looked tiny, breakfast was missing things.

Almost everything was great! the only problem was , the continental breakfast ! I¿m vegetarian and there wasn¿t many options for me. The gravy had beef, the potatoes have meat plus sausage and bacon. I was hoping to save money on breakfast.

Lady at front desk was rude when we checked in, beware pictures on internet are deceiving. Rooms are nothing what they look like on there website. We asked to switch rooms because we got a handicapped room and they said NO. there were plenty of rooms .

Staff always keeping bedsheets clean,the Staff always there for any assistance.

Rooms could of been more cleaner, you could hear everything through out the halls and rooms.

That the hotel was constantly cleaning bedsheets,restroom were clean and shower too.

Everything. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast and it was a good location for me. I travel a lot and this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Very satisfied with Best Western Plus Downtown North.

The only negative I can think of was my GPS could not locate the address listed on my confirmation (N Interstate 35). I called the hotel for directions and they said to try Pan Am Expressway. GPS took me right to it, after that.

This location is so convenient to The Pearl. Great breakfast buffet choices. Buffet breakfast is Served by staff¿not a free-for-all with guests touching shared serving utensils, etc. Felt very clean and safe!

This is a great hotel for the money. I choose it every time.
