Dirty pool

Staff was friendly and polite. Price was ok for the emergency need I had. Stay over was easily arranged and the original rate was honored. The room was clean, but no cups or coffee without asking. Best rate for several miles of where I needed to be.

Neighbors where noisy. The staff didn't seem to care about the trash overflowing every outside trash can. The facility was going thru some renovate. Pool was closed. TV was difficult to navigate. Lobby had a feel of low rent. Outlets where poorly placed.

Room was a dump. Ugly. And poorly maintained and worn rooms. Construction going on the exterior parking lot. Should be much cheaper. Rooms smelled

There were so many people smoking weed and being disrespectful and getting drunk.

Location convenient to I-35 and Fort Sam Houston.

Room condition was unsafe, with multiple safety/fire hazards and code violations. An electrical outlet missing a faceplate was covered with a wash cloth shoved into the outlet box with exposed wires. Multiple other concerns. Management didn't seem to care

NOTHING!

The front staff was rude! When I came in the front desk lady said that the hotel owner had given my rooms away. About 5 minutes later she says that she found some. She swipes my card and then says "oops, looks like that one is taken too." DO NOT STAY!

Nothing this hotel was dirty. When I woke up the next morning the water in the shower didn't work they said they were sending someone to fix it he showed up 2 hours later. Will never go back.

It's recently remodeled and the family who runs it was EXTREMELY nice and helpful.

The cleaning lady was kind of rude and didnt want to give me towels even tho I was soaking wet as I just got out of the pool. To me, she was the odd-man-out so to speak, everything else was better than ideal for the price.

Nothing very nasty. First our cable didn't work and when I took shower it kept clogging up. Nothing was done about it. And they only clean rooms on Tuesday and Thursday so we had to get our towels on our own. Staff was not helpful at all.

Several roaches/bugs in the room! Immediately left and requested refund.

The room was actually pretty neat in that it had a separate room with a futon and fridge.

I have back problems and I honestly woke up with a stiff back but that could've been caused by my long drive out there from the Valley...

Well lit at night and has a bbq pit. Vending machines and laundry facilities on site. Also has a pool!

Clean, no bugs! I would stay again but be a little more prepared and plan on arriving before it gets dark. Ammenities; little kitchenette!

Kind of intimidating, location seems to be very high in demand. Quite a few people looked like they were too comfortable hanging out in the parking lot. The rooms were clean but well used. The bed was squishy!

Didn't like noisey highway. Bed was uncomfortable kitchen needed repairs no lamps or a phone near bed. Towels were very small and thin. Don't think I'll be back.
