Staff location price and unsafe

The hotel was not clean as it should have been. Tub handle fell off as soon as we wanted to shower. I couldn¿t wait for the next day so I could get rent another hotel somewhere else.

It was better than 90% of the rooms we've ever stayed in San Antonio BUT that doesn't say much considering area standards. Yes I had to fix the HVAC to work and toilet leak but that's less than most issues we have in SATX lol overall best in city

The house keepers clean the room good and mgt is very nice. Rooms are in decent shape, and have upgraded locks. Could be great with a maintenance guy or just some touch up paint on mold areas.

We found a cockroach in the fridge & there were mosquitoes in the room that bit us all night. The King bed had 2 measly pillows when it could've used 4 to be comfortable. The remote didn't work for the tv. Just overall horrible experience. It was creepy.

The door on my room 223 didn't close quite right unless I messed with it the bolt lock didn't engage at all.

The stay was nice very clean and the staff was great, can't remember her name but the housekeeper was amazing.

Didn't have breakfast or complementary coffee. The vending machine was out of order. Overall, may stay there was great and yes, I would stay there again in the future, also I would recommend them to any future clients.

I've had previously been to the property numerous times over the years when my ex wife would throw me out. And always had good experiences. But the lady checking me out,this morning wasn't very inviting. And I had time top add another day.. but she wanted to chaos 7

They didn't have the room that I reserve had to payed $35 deposit ,$10 for smoking room pluse the room was cold .the heater wasn't working.

I like the hospitality, the the housekeepers were good,great they don't have attitudes that I notice there is one cleaning lady that is so enthusiastic she is nice always happy and ask if I wanted her to clean my room and ask if I needed anything like u know towels and necessities that you need for ur room! I know that's there job! will let me say I got no complains! It was different past years ago! I like to clean my room as soon as I check in for our room it was not wat I expected! And save me time! I'm all about bleach and etc! Thanks Econo! And I aint talking BS!

Extremely clean and had a fresh clean smell as soon as you walk in the door. The staff were extremely polite and quick to address any questions or issues you may run into during the stay. The parking lot was also clean and very well lit at night. You really cannot beat this for the price.
