Dirty, not working appliances, rude staff, they also charge my credit card $23 when I left even though I got my cash deposit back and signed the receipt.

Quick booking process and check in was also quick. It was a plus that we were on the ground level floor and not far from the office

Restroom needed a little more cleaning.Kinda looked like someone spilled something or threw up and it was missed since it¿s on the wall behind the door. Overall it was okay, especially since we only stayed one night. Sheets and room were clean!

It was very conveniently located to The Alamodome N Other Attractions. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean.

Beds were comfortable

I was initially put in a room where there was 2 large black crickets and a dead spider. Blankets were stained and room and floor was very dusty. Tv was very small and outdated. I felt like I walked into an abandoned room. Staff are not friendly

Price point and location.

Before arriving I was told I need to have 100$ for a deposit cash. Called to ask about it and staff hung up on me telling me yes bring cash or don’t come.

The room you described on your web page was not the room I got, I did not stay there, I got my money back.

My initial room was trashed, look like a murder scene. Sad to say, my son walked in the room first, and was spooked at the sound of someone that wasn't supposed to be there. Second room had no TV, refrigerator, out microwave.

Location Was excellent Security Guard was Professional

Booked hotel for two nights had to pay separately for each nigh which added another $12.73 in taxes per night staff was not at their best Security Guard was excellent and professional room was very small for the price no micro wave no iron 2 towels

The room was dirty and smelled awful the a/c was broken and there were no towels I called front desk and was hung up on several times . No other hotels were availiable so I was stuck there for the night .

Had to put down a cash only deposit and what if I didn't have it the lady goin point at some paper they made up no guest and other crazy stuff never would I go and it's crazy what guy said to me when I ask for my deposit back I think they have camera inside them rooms what the guy said to me only a person who was in the room would know

Just the price but why they couldn't take my card for deposit and if something wrong take off my card

Great room in a quiet location. It was clean and well kept. My only complaint was I booked a smoking room, and when I checked in, they made me sign a paper stating I wouldn't smoke in the room or I'd be charged $200 dollars. It was windy and cold outside. There should be some transparency for future bookings for people who pay for a smoking room.

Door was was hard to open and closed as it appears to have previously been kicked in. Neighbors were loud, constant domestic disputes. Noise from neighboring rooms after dark, even between 1-5 in the morning.

The refrigerator doors had no shelves. I reported this and I was told that the he matter would be attended but it never was.

Seems like they did some remodeling it was a good room
