I like that it's a small building, it's very quiet and relaxing.

Not really, vending machines would be nice

Staff was exceptional. It was in an excellent location. I felt safe and it was clean.

There wasn't very much parking. Bring your own toiletries. Overall great for the price.

Close to activities but not right on top of things.

The area is business district but you can see the revitalization is in progress.

Walking distance to Alamodome

The man at the desk was rude. Not helpful at all. We have stayed at the hotel for the past 3 years. We really like the location, it is within walking distance of the Alamodome. I am not sure if this is new management. It is a no next year!

Owners seem like nice family.

I'm sure it was a one off but I had a reaction to the room. Was itching and ended up leaving. There were others in the hotel that did not have this problem. I wish them well but I could not stay for longer than to shower and change.

Quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Great TV and internet. Staff very courteous and competent.

The staff was really nice. The gentleman at the counter made sure I got to my room safely. The woman over the phone was polite and understanding. Will definitely go back. The room had a jacuzzi next to the bed and huge shower with glass doors.

There was nothing I did not like.

We got there and we were greeted by hotel employee. She is very sweet and very helpful. Was close to the riverwalk. Will recommend to friends.

The phones had problems calling out but other than that everything else was great.

The staff made you feel welcome the moment you walked in, helpful in anything you needed to know. This is my stay of choice from this moment on in San Antonio. Literally right across the street from the Alamodome and only a few block walk to the riverwalk

Location & Staff friendliness

Elevator was too slow Shower needs a place for soap and bars to grab onto for elderly people. I had to put my soap on the floor.

front desk lady was awesome, room was wonderful and clean and they brought us clean towels when needed. perfect location as well

the refrigerator wasn¿t working in our room but that didnt really bug us at all

Man running desk at Check-in on May 6 was extremely rude. I walked in saying " we have reservations" and he curtly said" reservation- singular". Then he insisted that I didn't make reservations on that date and he refused to look at my confirmation email

Staff at front desk was very helpful and allowed me to leave my car at the hotel property for a few hours even after check out

Helpful, friendly staff. Front desk provided local city tips that helped us navigate and enjoy the city even more. A smaller hotel that had available parking was much enjoyed; within walking distance of river walk, if enjoy walking.

Front desk lady! She is the best. She made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Sweetest lady in the world. She is the main reason I will come back. She is an absolute asset to your company. Also, Clean room at a reasonable rate.

Location, price, staff member who checked us in

The decorative pillow had food on it. The fridge had old ice cream and spills in it and did not get cold enough. Floors were not vacuumed/cleaned well because we found multiple peanut M&Ms from the previous guests and a child¿s race car/toy care.

The room was very clean and the air conditioning works really well

The parking. I¿m a disabled veteran and when I parked in the handicap spot someone parked next to me on the stripes and I could not get in my vehicle.

The lady at the front desk was real helpful and nice.I’ll be coming back for the clean rooms and friendly staff

Room and location was nice. I had to switch room because one REEKED of animal urine (room 204). The other wasn’t as bad but had a faint smell. (Room 207)
