Staybridge Suites San Antonio Lackland AFB Area

Customer service was great. EVERYONE was super friendly and very helpful.

The bed was very firm, we woke up with our backs and hip hurting.

The hotel is in a great location, near several restaurants and shopping. The staff was great, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good.

The bed and bedding is so comfortable. Decor is nice and modern

Kind of wished the shower glass was fully enclosed

Everything. It?s a new hotel. Breakfast is amazing. There?s free washers and dryers. The outside pool should close a little later than 10. The rooms are really big and well equipped for the most comfortable experience. Super clean.

Pool hours. They should leave it open later during the summer ir nice weather permitting.

Hotel is new , rooms were clean, location was good for us. Kids enjoyed the pool . Overall was really good , no complaints . One of the best hotels I?ve been to in a long time .

Clean. Very very clean.

The staff where cordial

My room had ants all over the place for the three nights. So horrible

Front desk customer service

Open shower

The entire experience was amazing from the staff to outstanding job the cleaning crew do to keep everything spotless. My top hotel when visiting San Antonio

I loved the cleanliness of the room. I also loved the kitchen and bathroom.

The elevators sound like they are going to break. Makes you feel uneasy and unsafe.

The king suite made us feel like we were at home! They pretty much provided everything & the staff was nice & welcoming! Housekeeping ladies were super sweet as well they deserve it all. Location was good with many restaurants & things to do. It was clean & breakfast was good. I would definitely come back here again:)

It was so clean, and the facilities were new and spacious

Very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Excellent customer service; the entire property was beautiful & a very affordable price! The room was very spacious which included an entire kitchen area fully furnished, large flatscreen tv mounted on the wall, king size comfortable bed, full size sofa & large bathroom. The breakfast was awesome! Wide variety of food & drinks to choose from! Also, during our stay, we were able to join in on “social time” in the afternoon where food & drinks were available for FREE!

An error occurred on our room charge of an additional $100 but the front desk clerk assured me that it would be credited within 3-5 days.

Breakfast was awesome. We ate as much as we wanted. Drinking water was always available. Great! In fact, we recommended the place to our neighbors who went to their daughter's graduation from Air Force basic training, as well.

I didn't like one thing. The happy hour was too short, lol. The drinks were mixed so well. I know it can only last a little while, but my spouse and I love drinks all night long. Thank you for the drinks and food.

It is a big and spacious room. It has a functional kitchenette. Very nice and clean overall.

No complaints.

The hotel new but not really clean

The Staff( except the nice lady at the reception) was not nice, very rude the first time in my life faced this kind of situation and service
