Element by Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk

The location is perfect. Within walking distance to everything downtown San Antonio has to offer. The river walk, numerous restaurant, the Alamo, night clubs we even walked to the Alamodome. The hotel was great. Quiet rooms, great views, breakfast,

The staff was great, the hotel was very nice, we loved the breakfast and the well stocked kitchen of the room.

Being downtown the noise level was terrible, I was hoping the rooms would be more sound proof but we heard every car, siren, construction noise and people yelling outside the hotel so did not get much sleep.

Amazing breakfast, wonderful location to the Riverwalk - walkable to all bars/restaurants etc, nice clean room, friendly staff, great gym, beautiful rooftop bar with spectacular views of the city at night, loved everything!

rooms where not what they said ..suppose to be queen beds and they where full beds...had to have handicap room..bed where hard and setting on the floor....could not even get off the bed to go to rest room ...no other furniture to set on not even a chair..

I did not know how to control the AC it was also kind of loud.

Great location with easy access to Riverwalk. Overall, everything still looks new.

Walls do not provide good insulation so we could hear baby crying/kids jumping around. Elevators very during weekends. Long lines for breakfast. Better show up the first hour.

Amazing location by the riverwalk

Breakfast was good but think the people serving breakfast were less and could see them running to serve people. Some staffing might help during breakfast hours on weekends.

The value for the room was great

Breakfast not well stocked. Ran out of breakfast items. TV in bed area didn¿t work. Was reported to front desk 2x with no immediate solution.

Clean, spacious and a great free breakfast! Eggs to order!

Room lighting was poor. Lots of lamps but still inadequate lighting when all are turned on.

the elevators were very confusing. I wish there were postings about the elevators and where things where things were located

Housekeeping was awesome. Hotel employee in particular as a great help. The font desk folks were great too
