No pool, glass in parking lot car has been broken into.

Well the bar was closed for construction, no notice, the carpets in the room were torn, I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night, the 1st room was on top of the air conditioner generators causing a very loud noise in the room. Terrible sleep night

The hotel was understaffed for the number of people checking in. The front desk lady was doing her best but a huge bus full of people showed up and on top of that the line was 6 deep with more check-ins.

I had to move 3 times and still wasn't accommodated properly. 1st move was because toilet would not flush; 2nd move the TV wasn't setup for all channels; 3rd move there was no hot water.

It was dirty and dated. The restaurant was closed. Standing dust in the room, generally, an unkempt environment

The price was the best, but ultimately I received the quality I paid for. I took the loss for my personal safety.

I did not feel safe with the gentleman at the checkin counter or the hotel atmosphere. It was secluded, low foot traffic, the hallways poorly lit, one stairway exit was blocked at level one/ door modified to not open/safety impediment. I left after 2hrs.

I made a reservation for 2 beds, but there was only 1 bed so I canceled it.

There was a tear in the blackout curtain in our room. But it wasn¿t a problem; just noticeable

My truck go stolen, from the parking lot while I was sleeping. No cameras in parking lot.

The location was good

The rooms air conditioner was not blowing out cool air, the remote to the tv didn¿t work. If you wanted to turn off the tv you had to unplug it from the wall, the toilet didn¿t flush right you had to flush it several time before it worked.

The bar didn't have what we wanted. I did not like my lime margarita. We did not have free breakfast.

Our only complaint is that we requested additional pillows and they never showed up. We still love this hotel and will stay again!

This hotel was very near the family I was visiting

On, arrival, gentleman could not find our reservation for 20 minutes. It was a double room. It had an odor. The coffee station in the morning was not tidy nor stocked. There was no one available to restock the coffee.

The room wasn¿t the cleanest, dressers and side of dresser had weird stuff on it needs to be cleaned and bathroom wasn¿t the cleanest. Had a weird smell coming from drain.

There is NO hot water. Staff suggested to let the shower run for 30 minutes. Third try, ZERO hot water.

The staff being helpful in us keeping the same room while there with kids during our unfortunate displacement from our home while construction being done

Breakfast was extra $12.95 and should¿ve been complimentary with the small selection of food available (eggs, bacon/sausage, bread, yogurt, dry cereal) Asked for room clean up and towel replacement which was never done (we were there 1 week)
