Hyatt Place San Antonio-North Stone Oak

No microwave in the room, mattress was horrible -like they are old and too many uses. Breakfast was not the best plus a $75 charge for a pet stay. This should be posted on website!! would not stay here anymore. For a pricy hotel it’s not worth it!

The breakfast was very nice. It looked nice, tasted good, and it had good variety. We like hotels with good breakfasts. We also liked the workout room. And having that type of a couch in the room was perfect for us. The room was exactly what we needed.

I wish they had a hot tub

The lady that worked over night was very rude to my kids when they went down stairs to buy some snacks

Overall I had a good experience. Check in was quick and easy. Outside appearance and lobby were clean. I love that the room had no carpet, was good in size, had a pull out couch and the typical hotel room amenities.Super friendly staff.

I had expected a cleaner room from Hyatt. The toilet had some residue in the bowl and floor next to it was dirty.Oddly,the smoke detector battery was missing and the little lid open. that was honestly my biggest concern.

The rooms were nice & the beds were very soft.

Our truck was broken into in the parking lot & they stole my tail lights, apparently Ford F-150 are a very popular choice for break ins according to the staff & local law enforcement. Probably something that guest need to know when staying at this hotel.

Did not clean our room the way a room should be cleaned, need seminar in bed making and cleaning counters etc.

entrance at the parking was blocked. Lot of going around before making it to the hotel. have to U turn for coming in.

I really enjoyed how the entire hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. Also, the rooms were very clean and I felt very safe as it was in a nice area of town. I will be staying at this hotel again when traveling to SA.

Love everything!

The room smelled. The bathroom was muggy and wet. The bed sheets were not clean. They were stained. We had to cancel one night. We could not stay two nights there.

Very nice and clean inside and out. The entire staff including housekeeping were very professional and friendly. I will definitely give them another try when I am in area.

We had traveled 6 hours and I figured for the price of the room and the ratings we would have good nights rest. The bed was uncomfortable the first night. The second night we slept at the foot of the bed to see if that would feel better and no luck.

The bed was comfortable but other than that I¿d never stay here again.

The staff was not at all accommodating. The room was dirty from check in and housekeeping was not allowed until After the third night. How convenient right?! The breakfast was okay but very minimal and they ran out fast. The pool was very cold as well.

The room had a lot of dust over the bed and in the corners of the bathroom, also little hairs over some of the surfaces and drinks' marks in the furniture

Good price for the level of hotel

Even I stayed only 2 nights and I asked after first night one of the house keepers if they provide daily cleaning of rooms, she answered yes, they did not do it

I had to change rooms 3 times.The first room has mold on the shower curtain. The second room house keeping didn't even attempt to clean the room, there was sticky substances on the floor and on the night stand, also food crumbs on bed.The couch had stains

I¿ve always liked Hyatt Place. Third time we¿ve stayed at this particular one. Can¿t say this time same expectations were met.

It was not clean. Pandemic and the Delta variant? Was refunded partial but GM ¿trusted¿ that her people were sanitizing rooms as expected. I hope they sanitized my room afterward. I was diagnosed next day with COVID.

Water from indoor pool was freezing. Not a normal temperature for pool.

Very clean and fairly new and the staff is fantastic

The location was close to restaurants and shops. And surprisingly quiet even though next to a major highway. I couldn¿t hear our neighbors in our room at all

They use a water softener and it makes the shower very slippery. Make sure to ask for a tub mat. Also didn¿t like the feeling of not rinsing all the soap or body wash off

I guess the location visiting someone in the hospital nearby but the staff didn¿t care about that. Felt unsafe here no covid safety

Booked a 2queen for two adults 1 teenage & was told the only thing left in the building was a king with bloodstain shades and hole in the walls.No breakfast! No housekeeping you take your wet towels and garbage everywhere. No covid safety followed
