Best Western Plus Palo Alto Inn & Suites

My room posed a health risk due to some left behind soiled underwear. I picked it up thinking it was some clothes from one of my kids only to realize I had touched some underwear with feces in it. This was traumatizing and has caused me PTSD.

I was given an initial room with the door left ajar and half-cleaned by housekeeping. 2nd room had dirty towels that were left under the sink, and makeup items remained on the counter. 3rd room was a standard room when I originally requested a King.

Elevator dont work... old sheets and towels... old mattresses

Elevator was down and key card reader was only working with one of the keys provided

The hotel was dirty, very outdated. Hallways smelled like a rats cage(literally), panels in hotel room were fallen off, the hot tub had no jets and according to google it has been that way for months. Breakfast s didn't seem like they wanted to be there.

The night desk clerk was very nice

First room smelled bad, second room was much better, but there was a dead flea in the bed, and it could have been cleaner. The breakfast was bad¿

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean facility & room. Good breakfast. For me, it was also a great location.

I was a bit disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for maintenance/repair the whole week I was there.

Room was dirty ! Dirty toothbrush on top of the microwave . No hot water . Was not satisfide with service !

Couch was torn up, curtains were torn, bed was terrible. Moldy restroom. You can hear every noise from the rooms around/above you. Random loud banging on the building at 3:30am. Crazy loud highway noise.

It was a very quick and easy check in and check out. The room was nice and it was clean.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I never had to wait on anything.

After my first night, housekeeping only changed my towels but failed to make my bed.

They staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the indoor pool was fun.

The elevator was slow, there was a consistently long wait for the elevator

The breakfast was awesome. The staff were friendly and very very helpful. The indoor pool was great we live in cold weather so being able to swim even though it was chilly for texas was nice.

The bed was very comfortable. Lobby and room very nice.

The handicapped room. Very slippery bathroom floor from whatever chemical they used. People with mobility issues need non skid surfaces. Needed assistance to go to bathroom and for shower. Whole floor get wet with shower usage. No blanket in room.

Cleanliness, location since it was near restaurants and the staff was very friendly. Recommended highly.

Disappointed about Pool being so¿¿cold! Very dirty, dusty behind chair. In the room.

Close to our destination

Ants in the room and in our beds, bathroom light switch was broken and staff was notified upon our check in..

Clean and quiet

There was no tub and only half a shower door which cause water to get on bathroom floor

Dirty toilets were nasty dry urine all around toilet .

It was in a good location of places we were visiting.

Hotel bathroom looked like there was mold in bathrooms and were some what clean.
