The staff member was apologizing and trying to accommodate us.

The 1st room the heater was not working, then we got moved to another room and the heater was producing a strong odor and the sink was clogged

They required a $100 cash deposit when signing in. We had to give them to receipt to get it back at check out. There was a dirty sock from previous guests under our bed, hair on the walls in the bathroom and the tub didn?t drain while showering.

The hotel room was not clean and there were roaches roaming around.. Also the air conditioner in the room was worst it started making noise when we switched on? the Blankets were torn one..

The elevator was not functional half of the time we were there. Tge remote to the TV was not working and had time on the batteries. Had to leave 100 cash up front for incidental fee. Not a good experience and will not stay there next time.

Even though the hotel was under renovation they kept it together with great breakfast clean rooms and outstanding customer service. We will definitely be back!!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom was clean. We liked the variety of choices for breakfast.

Because I'm short the bed was alittle to high to get in. I'd need a stool. Lol

My hotel stay was ok that¿s all I will say.

I was told to pay $100 cash for incentives. They wouldn¿t take debit I had to walk back out to an ATM to take money out. I was told if I lost my receipt I would not get my cash back the next morning. I was also given a king bed 2 queen beds.

I enjoyed the larger refrigerator that came with the room.

We had a handicap accessible room and the bench was excellent but shower would have been better if it had not been a fixed shower head but would have been a hand held type of shower head.

The staff was nice, the breakfast was great and it was close to all the things I wanted to do.

The room was not clean, there was no channel guide and the room coffee was not good.

Housekeeping lady was nice.

The breakfast was good but limited. The rooms were nicely appointed.

The first room I was given was not clean. Sometimes there was also difficulty with the keys. The gym is limited and the elliptical was not working. The location is right by a highway and has no landscaping¿good to stay for a night just to sleep.

Not one thing. Totally shady operation. I strongly advise going to the SureStay located directly behind this dump. Much better experience and 100 percent cleaner.

Shady operation. They want a 100 dollar cash deposit then find a way to keep it!!! I would avoid this establishment entirely.

It was located where it said it would be.

$100 Cash only deposit. Ants in the room. Killed 2 bugs in the room. (3rd floor room)

It was a cheap place to stay.

The AC was not working properly. It smelled horrible and needed to have the filter cleaned. In the middle of the night it froze up and quit working.

The front desk last treated me very badly! I had a guest come over and she immediate called me to my room to tell me I couldn¿t have any guests, even though I didn¿t know. She yelled at me and told me I had to leave! Then threatened to call the police.

Good complimentary breakfast. Staff refilled the waffle mix when asked. Nice room, 2 queen beds with fridge and microwave for only $---/night.

room was dirty and smelly, sheets and towels were dirty, sheets had stains on them bed head board had hands printed all over them, broken mirror being held with tape and to top it off ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN!!!!!! we were on the 3rd floor with 2 kids

There was a pungent smell throughout the whole hotel. Smelled liked sewage. Door would not close properly. Staff was very rude.
