Econo Lodge Inn & Suites San Antonio near Frost Bank Center

The front desk employee was very accommodating.

The roaches of all sizes became apparent moments after the lights were out. I decided to sleep with them on.

Hotel room floors were filthy and so were the counters and they had poor breakfast options. Fridge did not work and it wasnt the only moldy think in the room.

Close to freeway

Toilet wouldn't flush and overflowed after one use. Front desk tried to blame us for the issue saying we must have caused it and refused to fix it or give us a new room! Heater smelled like burnt hair and started blowing cold air after 10 min.

Staff were friendly, Easy access to freeway. Price was good compared to competitors.

Noisy with freeway traffic. Bathroom shower was not very clean with hairs. After I checked in the staff took out my food from the refrigerator. They compensated me for the error. Bed was ok but not super comfortable.

Blocked sink, Dirty and Uncleaned Bath room. Poorly managed outside environment

We were there for 3 days and not once did house keeping come, plus it would have been nice that if free breakfast was canceled due to covid that they notify there guest.

Bad cleaning, no made bed and Especially the dirty floor!closed pool and no breakfast!

Breakfast was below average and they charged me a fee for no reason; I had prepaid the hotel.

Location. Easy on and off the highway

Lack of weather strip on entry door.

Needed a deep cleaning. There was urine streaked on the back of the bathrooms on door and wall.

Staff were polite and helpful.

Room and hotel property was substandard for cleanliness and maintenance. Our room clock never worked and we asked for a new clock every day for all three nights we were there and they didn't seem to have one to replace it. We rely on a clock at night.

Nothing it was nasty! The bathroom was dirty

The toilet has pee on it I had to clean! Towels were dirty! It was just gross!

I was there for Fort Sam Houston's AIT graduation and the location of the hotel is within 2 miles of the visitors center. The room was very clean and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasant when I had questions about directions.

Clean room with couch, microwave, iron w. iron board. Great location.

Freezer should be de-iced for the refrigerator get cooler.

It's close to the downtown area. The river walk and the city parks are all close. The room was very nice and the people working there were very friendly.

Not really. I would definitely stay there again.
