Extended Stay America Premier Suites - San Antonio - North

Looked very run down and heard people yelling about calling the police. Didn't expect this in that area of the city

The staff was friendly at check in

Room was so dirty, sheets had not been changed, carpet was and felt grimy and dirty.…bathroom was dirty, bathtub had rust. Our vehicle broke down, only reason we stayed there.

I couldn’t watch tv my hotel phone didn’t work I kept getting locked out my room because my key pad didn’t work

Location

This hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. The cleaning people didn?t even wipe the sink or take the old food out of the refrigerator.

The location is perfect

DO NOT STAY HERE! It?s not a safe or nice place. The place smells, no AC in the hallways or common areas.

The staff was amazing and helpful. Our A/C went out our second night and they replaced it quickly. Best service.

To be honest nothing and we checked out two hours after check in to the location.

The hotel did not look as advertised. The furniture even in the lobby was worn and old with the smell of dirt. Walls marked and used. The room's door had a gap in it as if it was broken into during past stays. The room was filthy.

Price and was located nearby venue I was attending

Hotel room floor was filthy and sticky like it has not been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time. Pet hair on the floor sticking to clothes and socks. I would not walk around bare footed. My room key did not work after coming in from my night out about 2am

How friendly and clean this hotel is. The morning staff are so friendly, the young girls have a great personality willing to help at all times.

One staff member, older lady always negative attitudes towards me.

The good view from windows

There is a crockroad climbed out of the sink when we entered. Smell is indicated the room may have an issue. It fixed, it will be a good stay. very limit morning breakfast (only coffee and empty in one hour)

While the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was dirty and quite smelly. I have stayed in roadside motels that were nicer than this place.

Smell

The room was clean and comfortable

The breakfast was not what I expected. It was packets of instant oatmeal and coffee, no fruit or pastries or juice.

No thing

Room was dirty it smell bad and it was infested with cockroaches

The front desk staff was nice and helped me out.

1st room had fleas, hair on the bed, and the room phone was not connected. I moved to a 2nd room, the toilet would not flush. The toilet was running the entire time.

Not sure who owns this hotel. Take some pride in your business! So many things that are way less than avg. I paid $800 for a weeks stay. Dog hair on the floor, no toilet paper holder, blood droplets on the sheets. The room phone didn¿t work.

The room was dirty. There were holes in the sheets. Handles wee missing from drawers and appliances. The floor we were on smelled of weed.

Nothing at all!

The sheets and pillows were dirty and the bed had bed bugs. The room was infested with roaches and supposedly non smoking but it stunk of cigarette smoke. It triggered my asthma and I spent my reservation at the ER. Hotel refuses to refund me. The WORST!

Location

Shower leaked all night. A/C was not working. Elevator is very slow

Nice exterior

Roaches , floors were dirty , no breakfast, coffee bar only . And low supplies at coffee low stock

Great staff and good location

The hot water did not work, most of the black faux leather had rubbed off the chair do it looked really bad, and the tub had several large dings in it that made it look really dirty. I tried to clean the tub which was when I realized the porcelain had wor
