The staff was friendly

Unsecure door to room. Poor lighting

Location, it was close to what I needed.

Roaches, dirtiness, bed was broken, filthy

Beds are so old the a permanent dents on it. Worst place I've ever stayed. Also charged $60 for damage fee. We'll I showered went to sleep and left after 4 hrs. I checked in at 11 left at 3:30 to ho yo work. I was told the $60 would be returned

The air conditions was good and cold.

The non-smoking room smelled like marijuana. The shower was dirty. The sink did not drain. Checked out a day early and was charged for that day.

The room was dirty and sheets and towels were very dirty and dusty

Killed four roaches in room including one on the pillow I had just been sleeping on ten minutes before. Roaches were crawling out from behind the tiles just above the shower head, on the floor under vanity, on pillows. Owner Jay Patel refused a refund.

That the owner new that an emotional/service dog is not just a pet and allowed for the animal to stay with me but by that time I had been yelled by a young guy and questioned my disability.

Being yelled and being asked my disability out in the open by stair case. Wasted my time in traveling 30 mins to find my service animal a safe shelter due to staff not knowing peoples rights.

Easy access

No towels, no soap, tv was broken and hanging on microwave

Assigned 2nd floor, I asked for first floor room and he said that's all he had. Yet there were at least two rooms whose window curtains never closed overnight. He asked for $60.00 deposit in case there is any damage. Did not get it back, no email notice.

This hotel was no where near what the pictures showed, it was dirty and felt very unsafe. Rooms were missing safety locks, showers curtain and rods ripped and broken, sick coming apart from the counter. The sheets were stiff and stained, mattress gross.

The floors were dirty, the pictures looked nothing like the room there was no dead bolt on the door

Nothing even though it was old and rundown service, could?ve been better

We had to ck 3 rooms before we chose our room in one of them were flies. The other ones stank. The best room was upstairs and we both are in our 70s and it was hard to go up and down the stairs with all our belongings.

This hotel is grossly misrepresented on the site. It looks nothing like the pictures being used for red roof inn. The pool is dirty, the building is in horrible disrepair, there is barely water pressure so toilet won't flush completely, crackheads around

I disliked the staff, the room, no remote until 10pm, restroom was dirty no ventilation, then they required a $60 deposit apart from rental amount, and I could not cancel reservation or I would not get my money back.

The room was spacious and comfortable The staff was pleasant and friendly Still waiting on my deposit to be credited back to my account We stayed there March 2nd and March 9th but have only received 1 deposit back The grounds need some cleaning

The water pressure was terrible When you tried to turn the hot water on it just barely came on and it wasn¿t strong enough to have the shower come on

Dirty, roaches, mattress stained. Appears lower corner of hotel used as some kind of drug trafficking. Tweakers outside rooms, THC smell and white substance on sidewalk. Increased vehicle traffic all hours of night. Motel needs $$$ and TLC.

Nothing good about this hotel

Theres roaches, no running hot water, leaking pipes, broken windows. Broken door in half. The front door dont even lock. Someone kist pushed the door in.

There was a Dennys right next door

I almost cut my foot on nails sticking out of the bathroom door.

Staff was friendly and courteous

Most of the place is closed &under construction. Being renovated. First room given had maggots, yes...MAGGOTS on the floor as we walked in! I have pics on my phone. Next room was old & dirty. Carpet, drapes and paint, fixtures, etc. Staff was nice though

Hotel use pictures from almost 10 years previous. Motel was getting outfitted but you can tell where security doors had multiple drill holes and multiple locks that were broken due to individuals kicking indoors.

I do not have a problem, putting down a cleaning deposit as it should we stand with all hotels, but when I asked to receive my deposit back up to the room was inspected. Clerk refuse to give me back my refund receipt to show that the transaction
