The a/c unit was ridiculously loud, the bedding smelled like smoke. Was disturbing to sleep there, never again will I go to this hotel.

Great beds, location

The hotels in the area are charging $10 a night to park in the parking lot.

The location is excellent. Hotel was quiet the entire stay. Everything seemed to be clean as far as I could tell. Staff was friendly.

The main reason I¿m giving this hotel a low score was because the bed was something that I could have picked up next to the dumpster. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. You could feel the springs through the sheets and it was uneven. Very disappointed.

Breakfast included rate was somewhat useless - breakfast sandwich was good however anything else pay for (juice/fruit/muffin), was suprised no microwave in room. Guess when you travel with kids you must confirm info. Won't be a repeated stay but thanks!

Location: Just far enough out where you are away from the traffic,but close enough to get anywhere in the city within 30 minutes * Plenty of restaurants in the area

Power went out for about 4 hours... (staff was very professional and apologetic )

The hotel was nice and updated and in a good location convenient to the shops and fiesta Texas

Everything was fine except that the power went out in the middle of the night. We had to suffer in the heat for several hours throughout the night until they could get it corrected. They should of compensated at least some of the nights stay.

The room was a tad small. The air conditioner was against the seat , so air flow was not great.

Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable. Hotel felt safe and was near I10.

Free WiFi is a joke. If you are old enough to remember dial-up internet then you will know what I mean. SLOOOOOOOOW!!!! You could upgrade WiFi for a faster connection for a price. I sense deceptive or misleading advertisement. You do get free WiFi but.

Coffee station downstairs needs to be staffed by more than one person at breakfast, the line was terribly long when I was there on a Saturday morning.

I was charged incorrectly for a charge because of my last name the room number was not even the room we stayed in and it took 3 almost 4 weeks for me to receive my credit. They didn't want to credit it back after I kept telling them I hadn't charge that..

Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Bistro was a big disappointment. There was no way they were equipped to serve any type of 3.5 service or food. I don't mind paying for a decent meal, but this place didn't even have room service!

The hotel was very clean indoors and outdoors and staff was very nice

Our room did not have a fridge so I asked if it was suppose to have one because we were staying for four days and they took one right away there was no hot water when we were trying to bath and called the front desk and they fixed it
