Courteous staff, extremely helpful front desk personnel. Breakfast buffet with an exceptional variety and healthy options.

There were several things I liked about this hotel. First, the location to six flags was perfect. Second, the fact there was a full kitchen with with a full size refrigerator was great. We were able to cook small meals in the room.

Overall experience was great! If I had to give a complaint it would be the ac. The living room area was cold however, the bedroom side was a little hot but it wasn't that big of a deal

Most staff working the front lobby, breakfast area, room cleaning were nice.

Unsafe area and hotel management completely negligent. Our truck was broken into (glass shattered) and everything stolen from the inside within 1.5 hours of arrival. It was pouring rain outside and hotel has no awning for arriving guests to unload.

Awesome room, awesome breakfast, awesome evening snacks and drinks, staff and mgmt were friendly and efficient!! An 11 stay!!

I didn't like that there were no vending machines, $3.00 for a water or a soda is pretty pricey.

The location was fantastic--convenient to shopping, great restaurants, and Fiesta Texas.

The housekeeping staff didn't clean our room. We stayed there 2 nights, so I would have expected them after the first night.

The front desk supervisor provided superior service to us on both days. All staff were very friendly and professional.

The sink leaked and we had to ask for maintenance service. But they came quickly and fixed it right the first time. Then the maintenance supervisor called to make sure everything was good as did the front desk clerk. I appreciated their great service.

The location is great! The staff was very friendly and very helpful from the moment we stepped into the lobby on a cold cold evening!!

Friendly, helpful person checking us in. She is fantastic! The whole kitchen servers for the breakfast were all smiles and quick to replenish all items.

Everything was terrific. Only thing I would suggest is to put in a full length mirror in the rooms. That would make them perfect.

Water in the pool smelled alittle funny

The location of the hotel is very convenient to the Rim and LaCantera shoping centers. The room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

The hotel and the hotel Marriot are so close that the first time I parked to go in, I parked at the wrong hotel and went inside.

The staff is excellent. The property is a great value and very comfortable.

Only the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable. Kevin in housekeeping even had the bed changed out and it was still uncomfortable but not as bad as the original mattress.
