The breakfast is "processed". Maybe find better quality options.

Location to where I needed to be

First room bed was clearly very old and broken. Staff was very rude when I asked to move.

Very dirty carpets in the bedroom, hallways, elevator etc

The shower was warm and they had enough towels. That was it.

The receptionist gave me a key to a room that was occupied. I was so traumatized and terrified. I apologized to the customer and went back to the front desk. I could have been killed. They gave me a different room but my night was ruined. I couldn't sleep

There were lots of flies in hotel specially by breakfast area even when in the evening time when we went there and breakfast was not served. Bath tub was not draining quicker and was will accumulate in. Had booking for 2 nights but moved out in one night

The cleanness.

The bed was not comfortable, it made to much noise, the rooms AC kept turning off throughout the night. I moved the thermostat on the wall but it was glitching, or didnt set the right settings

The Staff was friendly and helpful

Dated and worn. Not as clean as I would've hoped.

I needed to print some copies but the clerk was not trained and could not help us, I had to go to a Far away CVS for that since it was evening already

Good rooms, clean, friendly staff.

Break ins, my truck was broken in to as well as another 3 trucks. Looks like this is very common for hotels in this area, so if you want to get your window broken and potentially have your stuff taken, then this hotel is for you.

Very comfortable with the disability room for my parents. Staff was very flexible and helpful adding extra night without changing room.

Security, My truck was burglarized and had 2 guns stolen, and isn't it surprising that the cameras were not working at the time

The bed was not very comfortable. I also didn?t like how hard it was to get into and out of the hotel.

Did not clean room on second day.

We stayed a night & my son forgot a Beats headset in the room & the housekeepers did not hand it in - very disappointed There was no wi-fi; I needed to work so I had to hot spot

Spacious and clean room. Front desk employee very nice and friendly.

Room was too close to the elevator. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise of the elevator.

Would prefer alternative to duvet for bed cover. Had to turn temperature way down because it was so hot.

I loved Breakfast, also how close my room was from the exit.

Side door was not locked.
