Ice machine . Couldn’t get ice.

It was so nice they let extend our check out time

We arrived early and asked if we could just leave our bags at the front desk or somewhere until check-in and there was actually a room ready that we were able to check in early. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

We could hear some of the construction on the week days, but it didn't really bother us too much.

I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast, but they did have croissants and bananas for purchase and I grabbed those as they were conveniently located for sale by the front desk.

Nothing to complain about. Staff was helpful and very welcoming.

Location and maybe the shower

Got out of the elevator and it smelled like marijuana. The tv wasn’t working and maintenance had to come up twice in an hour timeframe. I asked for a quiet room and I was put in the corner right above the restaurant and bar and it was extremely loud every night. Front desk told me they couldn’t move me to another room. There was no body soap for us to use and hair found in shower and toilet. Was told they were going to come to our room and never did. Yeah over all I was disappointed with my stay.

I like the room decoration, it was modern and minimalist. The bed was comfortable, we ask for more pillows and they bring them to our room, we didn't have much contact with the personnel but at the check in the lady was kind.

Our room was supposed to have a city view, instead we have a construction crane right in front our window. The floor plan of the room was L-shaped, which was awkward, as the window overlooked the window of the adjacent room—not a pleasant view. The room was fine, although it could have been cleaner. The shower floor was broken in some parts, that made it look dirty.

Skip this hotel! It’s not worth the hassle I promise

Valet was a complete nightmare. You’re paying over $50 a night and having to wait over an hour for your car. Staff could care less if you have reservations or anything that requires you to be somewhere at a specific time. You get absolutely nothing for the inconvenience. Also, tons of construction is going on so there will not be any peaceful sleeping (I stayed on the top floor) and still didn’t get any peace

I loved how everything was updated, classy, and clean.

The breakfast was too small for $19 a person.

Location was good and 5 mins walk to River walk.Room size was pretty decent.Room’s and bathrooms were clean.

1. Elevators didn’t work.2. I booked a river view room paying extra money and got a parking view room. Front desk said you will get a corner view of river after seeing his room maps while checking in. So he didn’t knew how to read the map. I called the front desk and they said sorry we don’t have any river view rooms at this property as we got surrounded by buildings everywhere and we can’t change your room as we are full.

Decent walking distance to things, clean, showers were nice.

Beds were too hard for both my wife and I. We looked at the breakfast and thought was to expensive for what was offered. Parking took a long time to get vehicle, but that could have been do to the road closed.

The staff was pleasant, especially the lady who served breakfast. I didn’t catch her name but she chatted with my boyfriend and I. She was funny and friendly. Jose at the front desk was super helpful when my delivered food was spilling over. He also helped me with ice instead of making me go all over looking for a machine.

The shower took forever to warm up and then it was scolding hot! There was no happy medium between scolding hot or freezing cold. Also for the price, the room was a bit small.

This hotel is pretty and fancy I live here but book as a staycation every once in a while.

This was my second time staying here. It's closed to everything in the Downtown area. I love the roof top bar as well. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Good location. Value for money...

We were put next to a room right next to the elevator which was very loud. Gym was closed but was given no discount or update prior. It’s a perk we pay for and don’t receive which is frustrating.

The floors in the room and restroom were dirty. Visible brown stains in the restroom. Reception sent someone to clean, but the floors still felt dirty and sticky.

It’s was nice and clean, walking distance to the Riverwalk.

The roof top restaurant, was told children couldn’t come up I believe after 9 so we left. The next day we got there early without the children then was told only reservations were being seated. Their staff needs to do better at explaining how everything works at once not leave details on a day by day basis we traveled a long way to get there only to not experience the entire hotel cause of the staff.

Location is super for food, walking and site seeing. Staff is friendly and helpful!

The Hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to the Riverwalk and restaurants. Will be happy to stay here again.

If anything, there was no microwave in the room, you had to go to lobby to use one. Also, no free breakfast would be nice to have a little complimentary breakfast instead of having to pay. But not that big of a deal since there are options nearby to grab.
