Tru by Hilton San Antonio North

Wifi is NOT free as advertised. You have to be a member. The air conditioning in both rooms were not working properly

It was next door to our friends apartment.

Uncomfortable furniture. Looked like IKEA. The breakfast area was primarily IKEA-style couches. Very awkward and unsupported sitting at a table.

Breakfast selection, fast internet, clean rooms and fresh sheets

Loved our stay at Tru with a big group including kids. The amount of games in the lobby to keep kids occupied while the adults hung out was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will be staying here again!

The staff is very friendly and greets you each time you come in. They have an amazing hot breakfast and they keep that serving area clean. They have a lobby full of fun things for kids.

Staff was AMAZING!! So incredibly helpful and kind. He was the highlight of the trip. The rooms are new, very clean, very quiet and in a good location. I plan to stay there in the future.

I wish breakfast was available a little earlier.

Our kids enjoyed the fuzball table and auto pancake maker.

Dirty linens, sticky bathroom floors, unfriendly staff and cheap body wash provided by a Hilton brand.

This hotel provides everything you need and nothing that you don't. For its budget friendly class, this concept is head and shoulders above the competition. The room is comfortable. The breakfast is superior to competitors in the class.

The location is a bit awkward to find the first time. But, once you find how to get to the property it's off US 281 far enough to cancel out road noise.

Location, parking, great breakfast. Friendly staff.

Location was extremely nice with many surrounding places to dine.

The room was extremely small and not enough room to feel comfortable.

Location

Not told about room policies, so not prepared for lack of bed, towels, being made and lack of fresh towels and straightening up bathroom and bedroom.

The room was nice & the location was great! Bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the noise level was slightly higher than other places I¿ve stayed; but nothing a box fan (which I travel with lol!) didn¿t take of! I would definitely recommend!

Location & price

Breakfast was very limited
