The staff was friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was good.

It was a bit too modern for me. The restroom door was a sliding door and didn't lock.

Close to restaurants and Walmart. Smelled good as soon as I walked in. Had a game area for kids. Room had a nice view.

The initial room given to us was NOT clean, bed unmade and toilet used and not flushed. We were moved to another room that was clean. Fast and efficient.

Your location was in the right spot and the price was right

The beds were too soft, but they were clean. I felt like I was sleeping on a futon. You need to clean the carpets in there your vacuuming them but you?re not cleaning them. I stayed in a couple different rooms

Free parking and very close to UTSA.

Need more hangers in the ?open closet?, or more closet space.

Pillows are cheap not comfortable, and no Blow dryer.

Absolutely nothing good came of this hotel. The staff was terrible.

Driving hours with a teenager and medically challenged husband they gave our reservation away with not letting us know at all proceeds to be rude gave me his mangers number when I called it the attendant answers in front of me . Do not recommend at all.

It was easy to find and good parking

Decor was odd Staff was nice and accommodating. Would be nice to have an intro to hotel showing where pool, exercise room, etc are accessed.

No room microwave, smaller than normal hotel room, shower water pressure inconsistent, no shelf in shower

The beds were very comfortable and in a great location.

The room was kinda small, but we were there just to sleep.

I loved the decor of the room and the hotel itself.

Having a King Size bed, I feel the room is a lot smaller than what I'm used to getting for the same price.

The food at the bar was horrific, I walked away from it as it looked terrible.

Extremely clean. The rooms are not very big but it is so clean! The rooms are cool looking! Check out is at 12 but they were nice enough to let me check out at 1

We have stayed at other Aloft properties so it was an easy choice to stay here the location was great it¿s close to restaurants and grocery stores.

The only thing is that I called for housekeeping the night before and no one serviced our room so I called the front desk and the young man brought up clean towels and emptied the trash. Thanks young man!

Excellent staff. Very professional. Very clean room. Bed linens and towels were fresh, clean, folded nicely. High ceiling made room feel larger. Pet bowl of water in lobby was a nice touch for this pet friendly hotel.

Told after check-in water would be shut off 9:00-11:00am. If known in advance I would have chosen another hotel. (It wasn¿t.) Also I never heard a phone call for my requested wake-up call. A light on a smoke alarm over the bed flashed too brightly nonstop

Well we had just left a very below expectation Aloft hotel, at the airport, it was very poor, sad to say, corporate level issues This location did not have water in room upon arrival, no hangers and no lotion, I had to go down to get my own water
