Hot Breakfast and friendly front desk.

It wasnt clean. The stove in my room (suite) wasnt working. no kitchenware. Load guests.

I don't think there was anything we liked about it.

This hotel was very unseemly looking. Everything about it made us uneasy. The place smelled way too much like cleaner. The staff looked disheveled and the clientele like criminals. We decided not to stay here and forfeit our money.

Staff is really nice , and rooms are a great size !

The front desk worker was great! Very nice!

They could have more options for breakfast. During the week they only have bean and cheese tacos, cereal, and yogurt. I asked about the options and they stated they serve eggs and sausage only on the weekends. No one was in there eating.

The room was big.

Staff was rude. Hotel lobby/desk smelled like weed ever night shift. Had to ask multiple people for 3 days if the pool was open and no one knew. Then they posted it was closed bc they hadn¿t shocked it. Rooms need deep cleaning and repairs.

Rooms were huge.

My room was very dimly lit. They're was a fight on my floor at 11pm where the police were called. Walls were very thin you could here everything.

There is really not a best with this hotel in my experience for this trip.

Dirty, uninformed staff, wrong information, given possibly dirty towels from open laundry room, I can go on...

Nope, this was a nice place to stay.

Breakfast was good.

The location was terrible. It is right by I35 and a railroad.

Our room was exactly what we wanted for a family of 2 adults and 3 teens. The separation of the beds from living area was perfect. The kitchen and apartment fridge were awesome and each area had its own tv. The breakfast and internet were great too!

The only thing that detracted from our stay was a musty smell that the room had when we would first enter. We got used to it and it quickly faded until we left and re-entered. Also, the dishwasher didn't work but we didn't really need it.

We liked the separation between beds and having the kitchenette.

We chose to pay extra $20 a night for a swimming pool which is the main reason we stay at hotels. That was money thrown away because the pool was not working for the three days we were there. The hotel also had a wierd smell when we walked in.

good location. Bed was comfortable.

Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, Missing button covers on couch leaving exposed metal pieces.

The room layout was nice with two separate sleeping areas both with TVs, and kitchenette.

The carpeting was not cleaned. I found dirt clods, fingernails and the plastic pieces that connect price tags to clothing. The hotel was not 2-1/2 stars. More like 2 stars.

The location is near restaurants, Ft. Sam Houston and other locations.

My GPS sent me in circles until I called and asked for directions. She knew my issue and gave me another address to enter into my GPS and it took me straight there.

Great rooms clean, big.

Staff was a bit rude but overall the hotel was a great choice.

After my truck was broken in to, they did allow us to park under the awning out front for the remainder of the stay. Staff was pretty sympathetic about it. Rooms were nice, staff was nice and courteous.

It is apparently, according to SA Police department, frequently hit by thieves and they are always getting called there for vehicles getting broken in to. My truck was broken in to the first night and the truck next to mine was stolen.

Kitchen, refrigerator, bed was comfortable

Bit dirty around. Better hotel house cleaning.

Was very pleased with the room. Offered a living room area with a TV and also a bedroom area with a TV. Had a full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove top with pots and silverware. The pool was small but nice and clean.
