The cleanliness,the staff was friendly. Loved the area and location

Front desk staff was very nice The room setup was exactly what we needed!

We were told the pool was heated-it wasn't.Also the pool setup is not safe.It only has an outside gate entrance with no door to the inside of hotel.We had incident happen-someone was taking pictures of our girls from parking lot and we were stuck in there

Brand new hotel, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nice kitchen, big fridge, good running water. Feels safe, lots of parking, great gym, I was extremely happy with my stay.

Location, it has a mini kitchen and it¿s a newer hotel.

I like everything about this hotel.

I loved the cleanness I loved my king suite it was like an apartment it had everything I needed

Didn’t like the limited parking.

The hvac was very noisy and disruptive. We did not sleep the whole night

I had a reservation for a specific date and the guy at the front desk told me it was for another day , he said he was out of rooms and that he could help me cancel my reservation. Had to reserve for those nights at a hotel across the property.

The location was super great and convenient to local shops and stuff to do. Overall the staff was friendly and rooms were nice and clean upon arrival.

My husband and I stayed for two nights but housekeeping didn't come to tidy up or replenish our towels after the first night. We had a super long day where we were out of the hotel first thing in the morning and didn't come back until super late. Needless to say we were exhausted and it didn't help that we came back to old towels still sitting on our bathroom floor and no clean towels to rinse off. Trash hadn't been emptied and we had to go down to the front desk to request new towels. We were not impressed by housekeeping- at the very least we expected fresh towels to be replenished in our room.

The location was convenient to everything and the food was really good!

The shower could have used more attention.

Breakfast was less than satisfactory, even for hotel Breakfast.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, kitchenette had everything we needed! Beds were so comfy!

Only complaint is the pillows weren’t that comfy!

Bathroom socket wasn't working

Location is great

The air conditioner fan would not stay on. The wine at the bar was old.

Clean, good breakfast, good room service, room was good.

Coffee could have been little better
