Clean, plenty of room in room staff was nice

The shower did not get very hot and water pressure was horrible

The room was nice and clean. The staff was nice a d friendly.

The breakfast food and the coffee were horrid. I'm sorry, but it wouldn't cost that much more to make it a whole lot better.

The room had bugs, the toilet flush didnt work. The front desk area had a foul smell. Overall this hotel deserves zero stars.

The lady from the front desk. Priceline's credit card was declined at check in. The lady from the front desk was very helpful. Every staff were friendly and made you feel welcomed.

Was very convenient to Sea World. The staff was super sweet. It was clean and quite.

Great location. 8 min to Seaworld. Plenty of food choices within 2 min drive.

Room was dated and not clean.Spoke to another family staying there by chance and they had same issue. I did not get with staff about changing rooms. Figured it'd be dirty too.We just cleaned ourselves. Seemed to be the quicker solution. Won't stay again.

Room not cleaned daily. Toliet and sink plugged and not addressed for over 24 hours. Sink still running slow.

The location is near plenty of places to eat and just off the freeway.

Served it's purpose for a quick visit to Sea World for the weekend. There was free breakfast which was a plus.The cleanliness of the room was not the best and the hallways smelled like smoke. They need to update the hotel. The desk attendant was nice.

No issues with the motel itself. Our neighbors children were banging, running around. Parents please discipline your children to be courtesy to the neighbors. No respect.

I didn't want to leave a bad review on 1 staff. This time we stayed on the 1st floor. Cleaning lady came at 1030am if we are checking out. I told her yes then at 11 she came again.she was rushing us out. Check out is at 11. We have been staying at this

Motel for over a year. 1st time we got this cleaning lady. Rude. We stayed 2 days. Never once asked if we needed anything but to check out we felt rushed.

Everyone is very nice except 1 person at the front desk when I checked in. A new person rude, bad attitude and threw the key at me then apologized. We always get treated well and welcomed except at check in that day.

Only the rude person at check in. I think she was new. My husband and I have been staying at this motel for a year already once or twice a month. I won't leave a bad review due to 1 person

Everyone is friendly. They make you feel very welcome. Location is close to many stores and restaurants. Clean and AC you control.

Location, Bed, TV and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Destiny at the front desk makes it easy when checking in and fast.

Front desk staff/housekeepers are very welcoming.When we checked in there was a female and check out  is always friendly and makes you feel at home. There is one young man that works at night he is not as friendly but its OK the other staff are.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The check in and check out process was simple and the room was adequate.

There was a bad smell in the hallway on the floor we were staying in. Maybe like mildew and chemicals? The room was not properly cleaned and luckily I went through it before allowing my kids to get comfortable because we found blue pills in the drawers.

Location, we control the AC. TV is new model. Bed and fridge meet our expectations. All staff are very friendly and Make you feel at home.

We have stayed here before and will continue to stay here. Employee always makes us feel at home and welcome. Staff are always friendly. AC you can control on your own.

The staff were really nice, the location was great, close to a alot of attractions. Breakfast was nice.

The room could be cleaner. We found a huge bug in our room, the restroom was not cleaned on the walls, and shower was funky
