Motel 6 San Antonio, TX - Frost Bank Center

Location

Only 1 towels, door not completely sealed at bottom, could not adjust temp on heating/ac unit

too close to the highway, poorly furnitured, not clean towels, not a good place torest

No one bothered us

Room was not clean and bed was not made up on arrival

nothing, the wifi worked. it was bad enough that i felt the need to take pictures so i could not be blamed for any surprise damages to the room.

rude staff, lobby closed off entire time, long term guest making noises at 230 am, broken chair in the room, room not finished at check in, pool dirty, weed smoking long term guest in the last room on bottom right. no food places close, damage on door.

Quietness and I'm able to rest and it's closer to my job.

The assistant manager and the blonde lady that worked the overnight shift try their best but I¿m are not given much to work with

The room itself was horrendous, disgusting, and unclean along with unsafe to sleep in due to a constant stream of random people knocking on the door brought the one hour that I was at the motel.

Location was great

The sink was leaking water , and when I would turn on the water, it would spray water everywhere from underneath, I told office, but they said for us to take pictures and show to management. Unable to, because I had to leave out of town

This hotel was disgusting. The spring mattress was sunken in so I felt the wood board. They had no shampoo, not even hand soap to wash our hands. The fridge did not cool and our bedroom light would not turn off.we slept lights on.

The central air made the room cool

1. The room smelled strong of urine. 2. The bed was just a mattress on a wooden platform no box spring. It was like sleeping on cement. 3. No blow dryer had to ask for one in the office. 4. Shower water was not hot at all. Room was disgusting!!!!!!

Customer service and the interaction with an employee the maintenance man he was very professional and made me feel very comfortable.

It was disgusting.

No breakfast. Very dirty, stunk like mold in the room. As soon as I tried to shower. I turned handle and it broke off. I would not recommend at all lol. First and last time ever staying. Never again!!

The location is great

Room was dirty. There was a blood stain near the bathroom on the wall. Some stains were on the bed sheets.

Nothing at all property needs a health and wellness inspection

Everything sheets with holes, lights not working, terrible entertainment

I wish they would update their pictures it looks like a dump when you actually get there

No air linen was dirty and there were no towels

The price $ ( I got what I paid for )

No good service the first thing she told me was can u wait another hr the towels are not ready!! I said the confirmation said 1pm-2pm and I arrived at 1:30pm she asked me to wait another hr ?? I’m clearly traveling as I put when I booked and then we only got 3 towels they never came to fill the rest as a room should have the mini fridge had hair in the freezer part (nasty) they had NO ICE ? THE ICE THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THE TOWELS THAT WAS THERE SMELLED LIKE THEY WAS DIRTY AND THEY WAS CERY ROUGH TO THE TOUCH ( she couldn’t even go to the back to tell the guy in the phone the dryer wasn’t working she just went ahead and did it in my face while I was talking to her … they she tried to give me a look when I told her I wouldn’t wait another hr !! She stated the room was not ready !!
