    Cons -

    • Food was horrible both in room dining and at the restaurant. Lack of options for drinks at both the pool and the restaurant was very surprising. Beds were very uncomfortable.
    • The location is of the beaten path 15 minute walk to get to the action on the Riverwalk, 15 minute walk the opposite direction to get to the Pearl district. Valet parking warning $60+ a day.
    • The door on our room did not properly close without slamming it shut pretty hard.

Clean, well stocked and designed room. Loved the hotel layout overall and the amenities and dining were excellent.

The door on our room did not properly close without slamming it shut pretty hard.

Hotel is located in a location that allows quick access to the river walk and other attractions nearby. Most attractions are within 30 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Food in the restaurants was excellent and the staff was exceptional.

Charging $49 per day for parking seems excessive. There was a bright green LED light right above the bed in the smoke detector. Cleaning service was only on request, which did not seem right for a supposed 5 star hotel.

A homeless person in the lobby terrorizing patrons and the front desk clerk said it¿s not his job when asked if the police were called. Unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable - i also took a video. pls call for more details - thank you

The staff and property are quite nice. The location is okay. There are places with better views.

It is a great pain talking to their billing people. They put so many extra charges on my credit card that need to be taken off. They put pending charges for 4 rooms when I only had 2 rooms. People should know the valet costs 60 dollars a night before booking. If I ever stay here again, it’ll be cash only or nothing.

We all enjoyed the facilities, very clean and the staff was all nice.

The room was beautiful and comfortable with a very nice view. The restroom was clean and had fantastic complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The room also had a steamer available which I prefer over an iron. The rooftop lounge was amazing and accessible. On new years eve, the lounge was only accessible to those who purchased tickets to the party, we didnt go to that. The next day we went and had great cocktails at sunset with a small crowd. That was really nice!

There is only valet parking which is convenient but expensive. The pillows in the room have no support and feel way too soft. There is only an nestle espresso machine in the room. We didnt like it, we were hoping for a coffee machine. They only give two creams and it wasnt enough for a good cup of espresso. The breakfast at the rooftop lounge was also dissapointing. I ordered steel cut oatmeal which was cold with no taste and the portion size was incredibly small. It filled a quarter of the shallow bowl it was served in for $13. Overall, my stay was okay but I would not go back. I have stayed at better places with more to offer and less expensive.

Beautiful hotel and accommodations. My favorite part was the water and ice machine with sparkling water on tap was absolutely awesome. The staff was so nice as well in the bar, restaurant and hotel.

    Good location, beautiful hotel

They charged me for a mini bar item that I did not use- be careful to check your bill afterwards

The stafff was very nice , hotel very clean and good location

Room service messed up our orders 2 times. One time the food was delivered to the incorrect room and I had to call room service after waiting over an hour to find this out

    4EstebanPosted on: 9-20-2025

    The bed is comfortable.

Pretentious, expensive and confusing food, pool charges you 120 usd if you want shade, everything closes early

    5EstebanPosted on: 8-28-2025

Great bed, great pillows, nice folks, nice wait staff.

They blocked 900 dollars on my card - 300 for every night I stayed there. My ramp card has so many charges from this hotel that my administrative assistant thought that I was being scammed. Food is pretentious, boring, borderline silly. Only breakfast I had there I paid 30 dollars for some sunny side up eggs and a seven eleven bagel. Absurd, especially when you have so many good ingredients in the area. If you are going to charge 30 USD for breakfast it better be the best in the city. Not even the Thomson LA has these prices. All dishes have mandarines, dates, za´atar, halloumi, lamb shanks... I get it, its greek/mediterranean food, but cant you throw in a regular sandwich in there for when you feel like having something without olives? The pool is a joke; if you want shade, you have to pay 120 USD for what they call a "cabana", which is basically a dirty mattress with a busted fan and walls made out of fake folliage. I guess insanely loud reggaeton and tacky plastic plants are very popular in Greece, for some reason the hotel is covered with them. Staff is nice, views from the rooftop are great, but would not stay again.

The building, the decoration was nice.

The pool was dirty and the pool patio was messy. The main reason I booked this hotel was pool, it was a disappointment. The room smell dirty, a really strong dog smell and dog hairs on the floor. It seemed like they didn’t clean it. It is not family friendly or kid friendly.
