Pool break fast and super service... fron desk always ery attented

Even though we were right by the pool the room was quiet. It was clean when we checked in. Staff were helpful and friendly. It met all our needs and expectations.

There were a few construction workers at the hotel that were hanging out at the pool and being creepy. They used the outdoor grill and left a knife laying on the ground by the pool. They left their beer cans all over the pool area.

My room had a very loud AC unit. Every 15 minutes it would emit a loud noise as it turned on. The room also Coukd have used some updating.

the room was extremely nice and included all amenities. Very pleasant, we will use the hotel again.

parking was a little tricky due to fences and gates, but i assume that was to keep the area secure.

Rooms were very dated, plumbing was very poor (bad flush, clogs, etc.), breakfast was poor and not worth the expense.

Multiple stays for business. Desk staff are wonderful! Like the breakfast and social food time, but negative is the dinner one M-Th has gone downhill. Little selection. Used to at least have raw vegetable tray offered.

Multiple stays, BIG problem .. (false) fire alarms going off regularly at nite, waking up to the repeated automated speaker ¿go to nearest exit¿ In past 6 months I¿ve stayed there, alarm has gone off 9 times. Always false. Don¿t have this elsewhere.

Staff are very friendly, but some housekeeping could be less loud. They get together in the hallways as they are cleaning. often talking and laughing loudly, and have woke me up.

Staff talking loudly in hall. Stayed multiple trips. Fire alarm has gone off..false alarm..3 times since Dec; speakers telling us to exit. Most recent, kept repeating, we exited about 3 am, outside in pjs. No fire truck. Employee did not notify us ok.

I was greeted with a friendly welcome to San Antonio. They even had a social hour with spaghetti dinner! I didn't expect such a nice kitchenette. Wish I could stay longer.

My only complaint was that the room smelled very musty. I just assume it's because of the heat and humidity in San Antonio. Otherwise the room was spotless. Not crazy about being on a service road either. And there was almost no parking left after 10 pm

The best is decent.

The hotel is a bit dated. There was a roach in my room and I had to change rooms.

Food was good, but often cold unless you came at the beginning of times served. Several work crews were there early in morning and I was up once at that time and realized the food was hot then. Need a microwave to re-heat. Coffee was often lukewarm.

This hotel was very affordable for the quality of our stay. It has a great location which is very close to lots of restaurants, and it felt very safe. The hotel is not the newest, but it has been very well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

The entrance from the frontage road was easy to miss. There is an adjacent entrance that leads into a parking lot that is not connected with the hotel. It would like a small, lit sign at the road to make the correct entrance more obvious at night.

La ubicaci¿n es buena.

No hacen limpieza en la estad¿a. Al revisar que no se nos quedar¿ nada debajo de la cama nos dimos cuenta lo sucio que estaba, chupines cubrebocas botellas. No regresamos. El hotel huele mal.

This great hotel so much to offer. The staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean any comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone come to San Antonio.

Need routine maintenance

The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hotel was rather dated, the room seemed old. I was expecting more from the ¿star¿ rating.

The "HOT BREAKFAST" was not hot at all - more like lukewarm - egg/cheese omelet was rubbery, sliced sausage was overcooked. Orange Juice was watered down. Shower curtain rod was improperly installed so curtain would not stay shut - water went all over.

Clean. large room and great breakfast.

Hard to find road entrance to the hotel.
