The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the location is perfect for River walk, snd Theater tickets.

Cons -

Difficulty of dropping off car to check in
The sheets were dirty before we even slept in the bed. And then the fridge didn't work. Luckily, the staff was amazing and got us new sheets and a new fridge.
No exhaust fan in the bathroom. For the price, no comp breakfast and $39 a day to park my car.

Location is great. The hotel and room was very clean. The staff is beyond friendly and professional. Very nice! will definitely return. Right on the Riverwalk but still quiet.

The location.

The bed smell terrible. They would not switch us to another room. They changed the bedding but the smell was still in the mattress. We had a horrible night!!!

It was close to river walk and a lot of restaurants and the bistro downstairs so good.

The baristas at the Starbucks in the lobby burned the coffee and had trouble giving change.

The location near the river and resturants.

I had no idea that on top of the hotel that they had no parking. It was valet parking only at $37.00 a day plus gratuities.

Clean and very quiet. Everyone was very nice.

The door to get into motel from the Riverwalk was inexcusable.

Parking is a bit pricey. There a public parking lot within one block for considerably less.

The Staff was so friendly and helpful

We was able to check in early but the only room available was an hearing impaired room, didn't think any thing of it until every morning at 530am we was woken up to someone running on treadmill next door and kids playing at pool right outside our window.

Customer service is always a pet peeve of mine, and the Marriot front desk assistants exceeded those expectations.

The construction outside the hotel was an issue with Valet service.
