Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio Riverwalk

It was very clean and the location is excellent. Most 99% of all staff from desk to the cleaning people were great. The breakfast was no cost spared and very delicious

It seemed a little harder to get uber and taxi was expensive

Everything was spectacular, the view, the staff, the location, all absolutely perfect. Will be staying here much more often.

I wish y'all had more streaming service options on your TV that we could log into using our personal accounts but other than that the stay was very much enjoyed.

Hotel employee checked us in and out. She checked on us by text during our stay and made sure we got towel I requested. The room was quiet. There was a screaming baby in the room next door, but we didn't even hear it until we walked into the hall!

There was a lot of homeless laying all around the outside of the hotel from the front sidewalk to the back elevator/stairs that lead you out to the Riverwalk. The outside elevator also smelled like urine. We enjoyed the breakfast but they clean up early.

Needed the key card for everything: restrooms, elevator No shower at the pool.

Side view balcony old torn up building. Got a handicap room and did not want. Both sides of hotel are abandoned buildings.

I asked for a room on the first floor twice well before check in date, was put on the 5th floor, then moved to the 4th floor. The shower was hard to get in and out, plus hard to shut off. Had to get a new fridge.

The room was great. Lots of room. Loved the separate rooms.

Too many homeless people in the area.

I was grossly disappointed with the smell of animals on my floor and in my room. The restroom was NOT properly cleaned as there was several areas of hair on the floor.

Great price for an excellent room, in a very good location, that offered a great breakfast and a friendly staff.

Only downside I can think of is limited drawer space for clothing storage.

Breakfast was so-so. No scrambled eggs or grits. They had omelettes. Not a favorite.

This place was a great deal and close enough to the Riverwalk without the hoards of people. Staff was super friendly.

There was alot of construction and the front of the hotel was crowded and congested. My AC wasnt working when I get there so I didnt have air until they fixed it. The pool was SMALL and that was one of the main reasons why I booked there

Location! Walking distance to Alamo, River walk and the historical market place.

Parking is not free. Hotel charges $39 a night for valet parking. Parking is off site about 3 blocks away. Was able to park across the street in a parking garage for $30 a day with in and out privileges. The line waiting for valet was long from what I saw

wished there was availability to extend my stay but the hotel was sold out. staff did not even offer to find a nearby location.

Great location!

Breakfast was always out of some food. Customer service at front desk wasn¿t great. The housekeeping services were terrible & the hotel blamed it on ¿Covid¿

The staff was friendly

I had no trash can liners and no sticker on my door that says no-one had entered the room since cleaned. all other doors had them the homeless people were a bit much.
