Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio Airport South, TX

Convenience of staying at a hotel that hosted an event I was attending. It's interesting that I ran out of room commenting on what I did not like.

I was shocked that the breakfast served was typical of any other hotel, but was informed that "We're a regular restaurant and we charge for breakfast". I had two scoops of scrambled eggs, two sausage links, and two french toast 1" x 5" sticks for $20.

I loved that they sent a lyft to pick me up from the airport promptly, and the lyft was there to return me to the airport at 0500. The front desk staff was also friendly.

The hotel is under renovation, and though my floor was not, the hotel and the floor i was on had a lot of debris on the floor. Also, the room had stained lamp shades, and the air sounded horrible. The air sound like a diesel motor. No sleep was gotten!

Proximity to the airport. Bed was ok.

Bathroom needed to be cleaned better.

Was unaware you get charged $8 daily for parking.

Big rooms. Comfortable bed.

Rude staff. Parking charge. No parking spaces available. No heads up about construction. Many broken items in the room.

Large rooms.

Price!! Also had to pay for parking and breakfast.

Spacious rooms and lobby area

The side of the parking lot that we had to park in 1 night has had MANY break ins. Our car was damaged by someone trying to get in during the night. I found 11 parking spots on that row had auto glass shards! Yet there are no security cameras on that area

I love how they had real food not just snacks and they also provide shuttle to and from airport! Will always book a room there from now on

The shuttle driver was rude, he also said he was at the airport to pick us up but we weren¿t there and we waited 45min in the cold, maybe he had a bad day?

Blankets smelled dirty. Room felt stuffy. Son got a rash prob from the bedsheet.

They were understanding when I let them know I need late checkout on my last day .

Why is it that I have to sign up for the membership in order to connect to the internet daily when I have the hotel booked for consecutive days. Joining up once & using member # to sign in daily. It¿s a business trip & I don¿t appreciate this hassle.

Clean, quiet, good location. I appreciated the airport shuttle service. The young lady at the check in desk was very friendly and polite.

The location is on point

The bathroom gets a little humid the extraction fan didn't work

Bed was comfortable

Shower Head was not working as designed. No tv channel guide, no pens/paper in room. Iron did not work.

A/C did not work well. When reported to the front desk I was told he would ask someone and "try" to call me back. I NEVER received a call.

Spacious junior suite, great location, close to everything. Happy hour at the bar every night.

Restaurant was not open, and the curtains didn't fully black out the light.

Locations

The rooms was capable to have four people stay in it, but they provided less towels for four. The room only had three bath towels and one wash towel. When we got there to check in, no one was at the desk. We waited 15 mins for someone to check us in.

Elevator door was slow

The rooms were really large and super clean. The staff was friendly. I didn¿t go down for breakfast, but the room itself was great.

Nothing that I didn¿t necessarily like, the pantry price¿s were a little high. $3 for water and soda, no vending machines.
