Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott San Antonio North/Stone Oak

Hotel restroom was dirty, bed was hard, room smelled like carpet was dirty.

The hotel has everything you need. It is clean (including room and bathroom), the breakfast was present as advertised with plenty of options. The bed was very comfortable.

The walls in the room were bare, just missing artwork that could have warmed up the room. This does not seem like a huge deal but does bother you the longer you stay. Having said that, we lacked nothing and this is a good hotel. I would stay there again.

The fact that the pool was freezing cold the jacuzzi was broke and they charged ne twice for the room now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for them to put my money back into my account

The rooms are VERY nice. And, the hotel is close to restaurants, etc. but........

The hotel is perpendicular to & on a very busy interstate access road. There is NO room away from traffic noise. Further, the hotel is renovating and, altho the parking lot had 3 cars in it, I was told the only available room was next to the elevator.

The bathroom was big.The location was exactly what I wanted.The swimming pool and whirlpool was very nice. The beds were also very nice.It was quite.I just it was a little less per day so whole stay could have been there for I was in the area for 3 days.

Centrally located and met our needs. Housekeeping was good. Overall a good hotel and good friendly service.

Older motel but was very clean. Staff was polite & helpful. Breakfast was good. Had 2 hot dishes plus the usual of fruit, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels.

Hard to regulate the AC. To cold & then to hot. Bed was very firm. Guide button did not work on TV; had to channel up & down one channel at a time.

Front desk staff was friendly and engaging.

Air conditioner worked when it wanted to. Water softener out of control - very difficult to wash the soap off.Bathroom sink needs minor maintenance - tang to pop-up was cut too short and the drain pop-up is 90% closed.

The breakfast was wonderful and everyone was very nice.

Please check your hot water heater. I never got hot water for a shower. I checked the sink also and never got hot water. It was not cold cold but it needs to be checked.
