Staff did try to correct all things but were unable and said they would give partial refund but, no other mention was made and when I asked, was told it ?had to be the manager that offered? but she was night shift so unable to contact

Loved the location on the Riverwalk, close enough to walk everywhere but far enough from the noise.

The front desk staff were rude and incompetent. We checked in shortly after 5am after driving all night with small children, and the front desk staff gave us a room key that did not work. We went back for more, which still did not work. We were exhausted

They told me that yes they could do early check in then when I arrived they were not able to.

Location and suite size was really nice

Breakfast meats were cold and undercooked, shower dripping after turn off. Price was a bit high

Hotel was clean and in a good location.

Lack of hot water at 8am. Fire alarms going off after midnight twice. Lack luster breakfast. Parking via valet as only on-site option.

The room is very clean and comfortable.

There were some homeless people around the area which make us feel unsafe, especially the family with children.

Broken shower handle, dirty and scratched up floor, blankets had stains, small pool with cloudy water, parking was a disaster and valet cost too much for this place, construction all around this place

Beautiful rooms that are very spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is ideal.

The sheets were all pulled and need to be replaced with some of higher quality.

We liked that the hotel is within walking distance to nice restaurants and the mall with plenty of ride on and standing scooters available.

I'm not crazy about allowing pets.

The room size was great. I enjoyed having a big fridge and plates. With dish washer. Didn¿t use it but it was nice having that option.

I did not enjoy having someone¿s sock left from a previous stay there. The control missing the battery lid. And all in all not feeling like they cleaned real good. The construction across the street they are real quiet did not bother our stay.

Amazing helpful and kind staff! Beautiful pool that's heated and great view. Room was awesome too especially for the price. It's great location to walk to moat all things.

There is alot of construction around and overnight parking is $30 but parking anywhere in San Antonio is expensive!

Good size room and bathroom. Kitchen was nice and well stocked with supplies.

A lot of construction around the hotel. Homeless people everywhere when you left the hotel grounds at night.

Everything was cheaply made. Linens were awful! Room was sparse and cold looking.

Rooms are large and location is fantastic

Never cleaned the room...which was fine. But they never did garbage or even offer fresh towels even though I requested it on day three. Hair dryer took two days of asking. You call and ask for something very simple and it never happens.

Even though I paid in advance There is still a $100.00 dollars hold change i am disputing. Hotel said it would come off after 7 days?

Room was very clean and spacious.

So much room for our stuff and clean!!! Great service too!
