The convenience and pricing of this hotel. Close to Fiesta Tx

The large cost on pets. We had to hire a dog sitter bc of the pet charges. Too expensive!

The room was very spacious and sleeps 6 to eight people depending on size and relation

The website said they had an indoor pool which is not true they said they have never had an indoor pool and when looking for a hotel indoor pool is important to me because I have lots of kids

The location was close to Fiesta Texas and there are a ton of restaraunts nearby

The breakfast was not very good.

Everything was great except the choices for breakfast.

The breakfast choices. The hot breakfast part was not good at all. Biscuit with egg, cheese, meat was tough and not hot. The bowl with eggs and potatoes were about the same, definitely not hot. Disappointed!!

Welcoming and Friendly Staff. Large Clean Room

A local pizza place had slipped advertising under the doors. Not against it but it was the worst pizza and salad I've ever had. If you are going to allow partnering / advertising, make sure it is up to your hotels standard.

Everything was as described and the room was clean. The staff was welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Filthy.. hair all over the floor and sheets in room. Rude, unhelpful confrontational front desk staff.

My family and I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the room. Staff was very nice and helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Loved the big room. Bed was probably the best in any hotel I have stayed in.

The fact that you have to come down stairs everytime you need something from housekeeping.

Staff was great, clean rooms & grounds! Location was ideal. There are trail systems nearby. I had my dog with me and my bike and we got to ride part of the trail systems. It was a wonderful stop on our road trip Plenty of good food nearby also!

Brand new and well taken care of! We were welcome by the receptionist and greetted by the manager also!

The staff was very accommodating and was nice to see a member of management come to our table as we were having breakfast to check if all was well with our stay.

Love that it is so closely to shopping centers and restaurants! Breakfast is awesome ?!

It is near my grandson's apartment & we love it's location to everything. I stay there whenever I come into town.

It would be nice if there was a shuttle service, but it’s not necessary
