Location

The room was a safety hazard. The desk clerk did not speak any English and I was forced to leave my drivers license at the desk in order to get a key to the room until somebody that spoke English arrived.

The staff was super helpful, at night they have these bright lights to light up the parking lot and they have cameras. The room was renovated so it was nice.

A/C only cooled a third of the room, couldn¿t really adjust the a/c, ice machine didn¿t work, and the wifi was barely working

The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly. The location is perfect for getting everywhere you need to within 25 minutes or less.

Only bummer that I experienced was the towels having some hairs in them; this can still happen even when they are washed, and the heat they go through kills most bacteria, but it can leave one feeling a bit uneasy.

They chargued me with 20 bucks for property fee, but i pre pay all cost on booking :( The towells are clean but very old an small.. you need to ask for more on the desk.

Property was very clean. Pictures don't do justice on how good this hotel is. My daughter and I stayed there and we slept very comfortable and felt safe. Staff was very courteous and assisted us with questions we had. I would highly recommend this hotel. I plan to continue to stay with them every time I travel to San Antonio.

Only thing that we didn't like was the lighting in the room and the bath lavatory splashing water. But that didn't ruin our stay.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

No extra pillows, just 2 one for each.No extra blanket.

Location was very accessible and centralized for Fiesta events. Uber friendly. Very clean and updated rooms. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Well lit property at night.

The sink aerator had an odd water stream that would spray water on the counter when razor or toothbrush was put under it. Workers in the morning yelling across the property to one another.

Great value. Very clean. Pleasantly surprised. Good clean place on a budget.

Get rid of smoking rooms.

The shower had a leak , power socket’s didn’t work in the bathroom creepy part of town sorry I didn’t do more research deciding where to stay

Gorgeous room- bed was great

Some noise from the adjacent property, but owners can’t control that.

Newly renovated. Parking was good. Close to my destination.

The water spout in the sink splashing to much getting counters wet. The shower draining was too slow.

It was rated 8.3 on Bookings.com but it was more of a 5.

Rooms had bright white LED lighting - not relaxing. No lamps.

this is motel not far from the downtown.

The owner, Dee, was the most welcoming and accommodating person. She 1st had me look at the room to make sure I was satisfied with it. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The lighting was good and everything worked. When we left I actually hugged her and she saw us off. We will definitely book there again on our next trip to that side of San Antonio.

Dark room. No lamps near bed. Poor led light on sealing . No hangers for cloths.

Location was good and hotel room was clean.

They charged me again and over the price of booking.com when I arrived even after I told them I had already paid online. I call/email Booking.com and the hotel refunded the same day.
