Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott San Antonio Medical Center

Location is great considering the desire to be close to the medical center we needed to visit the following morning.

The bed was extremely stiff and uncomfortable to sleep on. Some of the springs felt like they might have been broken.

The location to the hospitals, along with the friendly staff and the clean, comfortable beds - plus, breakfast was included !

We actually stayed in two separate rooms, thinking we were leaving town, but then needing to stay for a hospitalized family member. In the 1st room, the shower had quite a few pieces of hair (about 10) that were there when we got there.

Yes we are here due to an illness in the family and have had to stay my dad had a heart attack and now open heart surgery

They have a laundry room. The front desk person (Tim) was very nice

They did not clean my room when requested. I didn't have any hot water for 2 days. I asked for extra towels.which they never brought.

Comfy bed, spacious room, cleanliness, awesome breakfast

No water. Couldnt shower. Couldnt use sink. Couldnt flush toilet. Was like this everyday of my stay between 6am to noon. Front desk and manager unwilling to help. Was offered to shower in another room but not to switch rooms.

the hotel was convenient to the Medical Centers near and it was convenient to restaurants to eat at. It was new and modern.

the usb charging ports did not work, so my phone did not charge and the parking was rather tight and oddly positioned.

We stay at this hotel a lot due to medical reasons and the closest to the hospital. The staff at s always so helpful and rooms are clean and comfortable.

Ran out of room below. Beds were among the worse I¿ve ever experienced. Air conditioner didn¿t work. Terrible maintenance! Moved to another room after the guy checking guests in came & checked out the room.

Check in was 20-25 minutes, only one person handling several people in line. Went to room 208. Door was very hard to open, my wife couldn¿t get in & I had to open for her & hope she didn¿t get in the way when it closed. Toilet seat was very loose.

This hotel is new and very clean and nice. Wonderful area as well. Has a bathtub in the room which is a big plus for me.

The breakfast hours are super early so we never got to see it.

It was new & the staff was very acomedating. Great breakfast to start our day.
