Canopy By Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk

Great decor. Wonderful staff.

It as a lovely stay with my daughter, however, I paid extra for a river view room and although it was on the side of the building facing the river, the tree branches and leaves completely obscured any view. Disappointing but not enough to ruin the trip.

The restaurant was excellent. The valet personnel was excellent and so was the reception staff.

The location was a bit challenging to find.

It was the perfect location on the San Antonio Riverwalk. Their on-site restaurant, Domingo, is excellent both in service and food quality. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive.

There is no in-room coffee and no free on-site coffee. You had to go down to the restaurant and purchase coffee. There is no self-parking, only valet that is $60 a night. Shower didn't operate well and maintenance had to come turn it off.

Check in was flawless, front desk people unbelievably kind and helpful. Beautiful room in the 18th floor with great view. The housekeeping so kind and meticulous. Enjoyed the weight room and Happy Hour is wonderful, Spicy margarita and nachos!

First time in weight room lots of dust bunnies, kindly mentioned it to front desk and it was super cleaned for the next day. Really topnotch hotel, food is excellent.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was current in design, large shower, very clean. The Canopy is in an excellent location to the Riverwalk.

Hotel is located close to many tourist sites and restaurants. Hotel has a convenience store right across the street for last minute needs and snacks.

The Location was near everything, staff was amazing, the room was clean and very updated. I will definitely return for my next vacation

Location, terrace bar, room

Sink wouldn't drain, told staff but nothing was done. In the morning, we were told there would be a wait for a table for breakfast when there were at least 15 open tables available and staff to serve them.

The location to concert. It was across the street from the Aztec Theater where we were seeing concert.

We carpooled with friends that had their own room. They had a roof rack storage bin that was empty and the valet would not park our car so we had to find a self park and it was right before concert. So it took about an hour with traffic parking.

the location is excellent, they have a lovely restaurant "Domingo" and the coffee maker in the room is a Nespresso I really like that. Is like it.

Ok is hard to say I don't like while I understand a lot of room and it is hard to get all of that 100% in all, we got two rooms in one of them the air conditions were not a good condition I set it to 68 F and later 62 F and still warm inside all night

This hotel is at a great location

The flooring is unfinished. The bathroom sliding door was too tight to close. Expected a better selection of toiletries for the price and the front desk was not up to the mark and provided misleading information

Very friendly staff, have stayed here often, excellent location o0on Riverwalk, Dining (outstanding), and a Bar are a plus. If you are also a Hilton member then it's even better.

Modern hotel with slight European influence. Great location, excellent restaurant and gym on site.

The location of the hotel is perfectly situated across from the Aztec theater and right on the river walk. We are at the river walk restaurant and it was beautiful as well as great food.the staff was very helpful and friendly in every area.

Hotel was very modern and in walking distance of many sites. Our room was very stocked and clean. The front desk and valet parking staff were all very kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend to others.

Our towels smelled funny the first day & when we requested new towels, they didn't have a weird smell. Our room was cold at times too & the thermostat really made no difference when being adjusted. Housekeeping has to be requested-not done automatically.

Walking distance to most of the places and staff members were so nice! Willing to use this hotel if we visit San Antonio again!
