Candlewood Suites San Antonio Lackland AFB Area By IHG

The staff was kind and the hotel provided just about everything needed for our stay.

The elevator was very slow so my family opted to use the stairs.

The staff were amazing, the rooms were clean, & although the rooms are not cleaned every other day we were able to get towels, etc. from the front desk. If anyone is going to Lackland Air Force Base, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s so close by!!

Close to Lackland AFB. Room had plenty of room for family visiting my son for his graduation to all gather in one place.

Location is not the greatest area. The neighborhood was kind of sketchy, and we worried about leaving the hotel after dark to go get food or anything else anywhere close by. We tended to leave the area entirely for restaurants.

Kitchenette- comes in handy with kids. Indoor pool.

It was by far the best hotel stay I have thus far experienced. The Candlewood Suite San Antonio Lackland AFB Area scored "excellent" in all categories...room, cleanliness, staff and location. The staff attentiveness was beyond my expectation.

An extra blanket would have been nice...my husband likes to keep the room temperature lower than my liking. But we did fine without one.

It was very close to Lackland Air Force Base which made our trip much easier to get where we needed to be so early in the morning.

The elevator broke not long after we arrived and was broken the whole week. That was ridiculous. They do not come to rooms to bring towels, you have to get them. That¿s fine until their elevator doesn¿t work. I was not feeling well and that was difficul

The building, the rooms were very clean. Has an indoor swimming pool and gym. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great hotel.

The area wasn't the best, but the hotel itself made up for it.

Very clean, well eequipped. Great location, close to Lackland AFB, which is what we wanted.

Staff, room, location! It was the best stay we had on our roadtrip! I love that check out was at noon it allowed us to rest up good before the departure! I love that they had goodies for sale that helped us not leave our hotel!

We were attending my daughters BMT graduation and this hotel is like 8 minutes away from the base gate which is very convenient. The room was very spacious, clean and have a small kitchen, exactly what I expected.

The tub is slippery need some mat and maybe a freshener for the room.

the rooms were perfect for us. close to Air Force base. clean room, comfortable beds. the bath tubs were slippery ;)

the locked back gate after 9pm and hard to find first time

You have everything you need there. We were on a short two nights trip and saved tons in food by having the chance of cooking in the room. I cannot imagine how much you save on extended stays

The pool wasnt heated

The room was immaculate!

The highway noise was very loud through the thin windows. The pool opened at 10 am. Would have liked to swim first thing in the morning.

The room was spacious and clean, and we loved having a kitchenette.

The location is so close to the highway that we could hear traffic at all hours.

I printed stuff in the business center. I could get cream for my coffee in the "closet"

The location was not good for eating. The only thing local was fast food. I stayed there to be close to my Sunday morning appointment. But I still had to drive to get dinner and so I could have stayed in a more desirable location.

The whole place was clean, bed was very comfortable. I was there for my airmen son's graduation. It was the perfect location to the base.
