Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio/Northeast I-35

Cozy room, comfy bed, soft pillows. I got a king room with sofa bed and the bathroom was actually pretty large! Good water pressure in the shower. Loved the variety at the free breakfast, many different options to choose. Overall would stay again.

Location isn?t ideal. Close to freeway and train tracks

The hotel was dirty, trash outside over flowing. Our room was not very clean at all and we found a roach on the wall in our bathroom. Will not be coming back to this hotel!

City water outage when we arrived and smoke alarm beeping loudly. Staff replaced the battery quickly but it took several hours for the water.

We had a memorial gathering at the hotel, and several of us stayed at the hotel on the night before. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially in working with us to arrange the meeting room.

The comforter had stains and the bed was not as comfortable as the one in a different room I utilized the previous week.

The gentleman at the Front Desk (Manager?) throughout the entire weekend of our stay went above and beyond effective service. Extremely friendly and professional, which is rare and very much appreciated these tough times.

During our visit the patrons where very rude ... nothing the hotel or staff can do about this but it did impact the stay ... especially the folks running around on the floor above at all hours of the night and the random door slams at 2 3 4 in the morning

Check-in hour of 3 pm and Check-out hour of 11 am. I am used to hotels using a 2pm and 12noon respectively.

The rooms were big and spacious.

Our room smelled moldy and it also faced I-35, so it was really noisy. Ask for a room facing the back of the hotel.

Hampton Inn is usually my favorite, I've stayed in many all over the country. So close to the I-35 freeway it's impossible to escape the noise, plus the main railroad is just on the other side of the freeway so a double whammy!Very hard bed! Bad pillows..

The breakfast was typical of free hot breakfast. The pool was decent for a hotel. The rooms were clean and smelled very clean. I am a huge bingo player and this hotel is next door to a bingo hall!

I did not get the room I reserved (two queens) because they were over booked. The hot tub only had working jets but the temp was colder than the pool. Very dissatisfied in those two regards as they were the primary reason why I booked the hotel.

Great rooms, breakfast excellent, right on I35 yet quite.

Security was not an issue with us but did not feel safe. The listing on the internet implied shuttle service to the airport.

The staff was absolutely AMAZING; best one I have encountered in all my travels. Really good complementary breakfast buffet and rooms. Best value in town!!
