Breakfast wasn?t great

It was equipped with a kitchen.

The pet area was super unsafe. Broken glass and cigarette butts everywhere.

I checked in by midnight. No issues

Parking was minimal in the front so I had to park in the back garage

The door to the hotel room would not lock! I was told three different times that the problem would be fixed and it never was!

The air conditioning was not working They never came to fix it, we spent 2 nights with no air. Also the person in charge of the breakfast was always in bad mood.

Price was excellent. Clean hotel. People were awesome. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Room had roaches smelled like marijuana only came with one towel worse experience Ive ever had

One of the best breakfasts weve had a hotel, they had a crib available for our use and any request was honored right away, early check in and late checkout

Breakfast was above average for a generic hotel.

My bathroom was clearly not cleaned before my arrival. I couldnt control the room temperature because the thermostat was deactivated. There was trash left in my room from the last occupants. Finally, the sink and bathtub were clogged and drained slowlly.

Good location. Room was roomy with lots of electrical outlets. Kitchen was nice and it was clean. The social hour dinners were pretty decent.

Run down. Trim fell off when we opened the microwave door. Desk lamp didn't work. AC programed & set @85 degrees, had to manually adjust but would change 2 hours later to 85. Couldn't input tv channel on remote - had to go channel up or down.

The room was clean. Te bed and pillows were amazing! Wonderful nights sleep!!

Location, the pretty Christmas decorations, and a couple of the staff.

Hotel employee at desk is very indifferent, rude. This was one of my favorites, stayed here before, but has changed. Thieves are stealing newer trucks directly in front of Ofc. Phone & another¿s backpack with govt laptop stolen by guest on drugs. No security.

Convenience, room size.

The cleanliness there was trash, left over under the sink in the kitchenette area. The tub doesn¿t look like it¿s been clean ever there was dirty dishes in the fridge. Other than the cleanliness the hotel was great.

Like an apartment with one bedroom ¿handicap¿. Staff was good.

Low shower pressure. Smell coming out of heater so I just turned it off. Locks didn¿t work on windows. Barking dogs in rooms and almost got bit in the elevator by a mutt. By having dogs in these Staybridge suites they ruined it. I¿m done.

Very clean and spacious. Price was excellent. Staff was friendly and professional.

The AC made a very loud whistling sound the entire night. I recorded a video. We did not get any sleep. I would like a credit or refund.

The room looked like a mini apartment.

Only 1 elevator was working & literally took 10 mins to go up/down the elevator. Night #2, fire alarm went off 5x and when I called front desk on my personal phone since both room phones didn¿t work, the gentleman was rude and hung up. No trash pick-up.

This hotel is very dirty. I got bad allergies there. The hallways are dirty, dusty and smell like urine. The room smells as well and was dusty & dirty.

The hotel was very clean! The bed and the pillows were extremely soft and I slept like a baby. The staff was very friendly. I needed assistance and they were eager to help! Becca went above and beyond her duty.

The air conditioner vent needed cleaning.
