Condensation from room's mini fridge dripped onto floor and gathered in front of fridge. A slip hazard and potentially something that could dampened anything places on floor nearby.

The aesthetics were lovely — a beautifully curated spot perfect for a beachside getaway. Everything from the design to the atmosphere felt intentional and relaxing.

the Keurig wasn’t clean, and housekeeping attempted to enter an hour before checkout with just a brief knock. The main door lock didn’t work, though the interior latch was functional. Could hear a lot from hallway from neighbors. Privacy limiting.

Location, shower, and tv size

Green LED on emergency light was obnoxiously bright, mini safe in unit chirped three nights in a row.?would be nice if low battery notification was set for daytime, kept us up but we took the time to notify owner. Neighboring unit had party, allowed?

Good location right near good restaurants, the Lighthouse, excellent staff, easy check In.?

Very comfortable. We were well taken care of. Lovely room, and the cafe downstairs offerred excellent, very affordable food.

No pool and no 24/7 room service. No continental breakfast as a courtesy.

The café had an excellent breakfast, the ambiance is light, and once your door is closed you can't hear a thing from downstairs. Hotel staff refreshed our beds, towels and toiletries while we were out for the day, a nice touch!

Hallway noise can be loud, from other guests, or if the hotel is setting up for an event (the venue is upstairs). Bright green and blue lights at night from the mini fridge and fire alarm was an issue for us (we prefer pitch black room at night). There is no assigned parking for the hotel, so be mindful if you are staying during the busy season (we stayed over labor day weekend, but we still managed to get a parking spot for the night!)

so clean and we had fresh towels daily and they had a shop and restaurant to grab a quick bite.

The owners and staff were very nice and saw that we had everything we needed. The food in the cafe was very good and everything was reasonably priced.

A small microwave would be a nice addition.

This boutique hotel was GORGEOUS! The decor was beautiful. The provided bathroom products were cute. The room and bedding smelled amazing. Everything was super clean! Check-in via door code was extremely easily! We would 100% stay here again. The value of this hotel is excellent and is walking distance of many great restaurants in Port Isabel. Great view of the lighthouse also!

Location, it’s clean, decoration is chic,

Sofia the girl in the front she was not nice. Not helpful, she made faces like she didn’t want to help me register. At the beginning she send us up knowing nobody was there. When I called the man on the phone was so nice and polite. And he said go back down and she had to help us. Till I told her the man on the phone said u should help us then she did.

Convenient, updated, clean. Nice location. Lovely coffee shop/ gift shop right there.

Office only available 9a-5p which was inconvenient as we were graveling and arrived at 5:15pm. Codes worked fine on doors, but no ice machine, one has to make that 5 pm cut off. Should have additional hooks in bath to hang g towels, as well as a hand towel for each guest. Unhappy that our room was not made up even though we had the correct sign on door and were out for more than 7 hours.

Everything was very clean and it is on a great location.

We did have an issue when arriving. The toilet seat was missing and the offered to replace it until the next day. My husband went to Walmart, bought one and fixed it so we could have a more comfortable stay at night. They did give us what we had paid for it in the morning. Besides this issue the stay was comfortable.
