Roaches and non working fridge, toilet seat was barely hanging on

It smelled liked a dog kennel my room key never worked There were roaches running around fridge was not clean room phone did not work And the lady that checked me in was rude and smart remarks

Faulty lock on bathroom door. I was locked in for 30 minutes.

The Staff at night did not expected my late arrival. The Manager very good, excellent people skills. The place is set up for dirty conditions. Old and is need of new furniture, new fixtures, new ac, new mattresses, and etc etc etc. Not worth it to stay.

The room stinking, the noise, the banging on walls, dirty, water fixtures were limestone rusted, the vanity about to fall. The place looks nice from outside scary inside.

The price- and the kitchenette. The staff was top notch.

Elevator was out of service. The room did not have any shampoo and I did not expect that.

Terrible after hour check in. I waited over an hour for someone to answer the after hour phone number to check in. The attendant looked like she was sleeping when he finally came to the desk.

My thoughts are not gathering anything good to stay..

The lobby, the non service, the dirty bathroom, the uncomfortable bed, the chaos of dog barking and people punching the wall behind my bed from 2 am to 6 am.

The cabinet was broken, the shower was nasty and had old rust spots, the molding on the walls was taken apart

Moldy clothes, had to buy a dehumidifier, still everything got saturated in mold, even luggage. Went to a different hotel less than a mile away. Did not have the same issue.

The room from 209 and 204 was not clean me and my wife has to clean everything and the smell was not good on 209

The staff is always consistent in their attention to detail. This was my first time meeting the GM Rick, and he was very attentive and helpful with some reservations issues that were completely the 3rd party apps fault and not the hotel's fault but that didn't keep him from going out of his way to help me and my significant other (450 miles away) and getting me situated so I could get back to my room without worries or surprises later. He even called personally to inform us that the issues were resolved without further concerns. Every time I stay at this location, it's like family. Great job with the entire staff.

Nice,quite and peaceful room was clean and nice and fresh by the time I got in there.

Font desk staff was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.

The room was disgusting—so bad that I had to strip the sheets myself and go out to buy new ones, along with towels and cleaning supplies just to make the tub and toilet usable.It’s clear they don’t take cleanliness seriously. The bathroom was filthy, and nothing felt remotely sanitary.The place looks nothing like the photos online. It was uncomfortable and dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—even for one night. Spend a little more and stay somewhere that respects its guests.

I really appreciated this hotel as a budget-friendly option for a long stay. The room was spacious, clean, and offered plenty of privacy, which made our time there comfortable and relaxing. Although we didn’t cook during our stay, the in-room kitchen setup, with a small stove and a full-sized refrigerator, was a great convenience for storing items and gave us the flexibility to later eat our left overs. Overall, it had all the essential accommodations we were looking for.

While the stay was generally pleasant, there were a few things I didn’t like. The bed was a bit uncomfortable due to a flimsy frame that moved around and made noise, even though the mattress itself was decent. Since the rooms allow for cooking, the smoke and fire alarms went off a few times, which was disruptive. Also, there were often groups of male guests outside in the parking area, and as two women traveling together, we sometimes felt uneasy with them sitting and watching as we came and went. Although nothing happened and my car was safe, the atmosphere outside wasn’t always the most comfortable.

The location is great, and the comfort of the beds was very good.

I didn´t like the fact that there were people speaking very loud in the other rooms, they were also cooking, frying eggs and all the smell went into my room. It felt disgusting. It needs ventilation.
