Relatively quiet.

The room's dage was not operational. I immediately inquired with the staff about it, and again on two othwr separate occasions, and they continually assured me the were on it, yet nothing was ever done. Also, they didn't communicating housekeeping sch.

Hotel was under renovations. There was just plaster on the walls of the hallway. The A/C unit was more like a water cooler and the room smelled humid. The shower handle slipped right off when trying to adjust the water temperature.

The breakfast was warm and it was a full spread.

The hotel was completely under construction. Carpets were stripped, walls, undone, odd smells, antiquated rooms - complete eye sore.

My room was comfortable and quiet.

I cannot stand these weighted comforters, but the hotel accommodated my request for a regular blanket without any issue.

Location

There were semen in the sofa chair, water in the shower was not draining properly, pillows were dirty.

Very clean good location and staff was very helpful

The only thing was the remote controls had sticky glue on them, in my room did not have a toilet paper holder The bar for it

A lot of businesses around mainly eating everything was close

The room we stayed in had no microwave and no fridge and no toiletries like soap,shampoo,conditioner and it could have been alittle cleaner also it wasn’t a full breakfast

The location and the service

The breakfast was average, what I didn’t like that we had a water leak in our room and the couch was old. In the price was a little bit too high

The front desk employees were excellent. Friendly and very helpful.

The air in the room caused my nose to stuff up. I could breathe better immediately when I went outside. The carpets, drapes, and AC are too old and full of dust, mold, and allergens. I only stayed 1 of 3 day reservation because of this.

Easy to access. Easy to check in and out. Staff very friendly. To go bags and happy hours very nice touch.

Wish the gym was a little bigger but it was sufficient.

The room was spacious, gave us a place to kick back and relax! Breakfast was excellent, more than sufficient! Bed was comfortable too! The hotel was located at an ideal location for us!

Cleanliness

The bathroom door in 305 was backwards; it should not have covered the sink, rather the closet.

Took a very long time to cool it for the room.
