No elevators. Noone ever was at front desk, carpets could be ckeaned maybe even teplaced in halls and going up on staircases?

Breakfast I think u shud allow for us to take to our rooms and it needs more breakfast items and more movie channels it was mainly weather n news channels

Bad smell to the hotel. Lots of broken items.

Everything. Priced too high for such low quality. Stated online specific amenities that were paid ahead and reserved. Then told after check in they have none of the things I reserved the room for. Just awful overall .

The address very convenient for the places where I need to go

The hotel has cockroaches on the hall and in our bed! Besides when you enter to the hotel you can smell cigarettes and humidity moist not good

No staff available to assist and it did not look secure/safe. At checkout, no one was at the front desk for about an hour. Breakfast was never open/prepared.

They still let people smoke on the rooms so our room smelled of smoke badly. You can tell that have roaches cause see can visually see the evidence. There were holes in the floor where carpet had been removed. The over all room was just nasty.

The location was very convenient . check in was great and easy, the staff was courteous . the room was cool .

the carpet in the room was dirty.they had coffee in the room but no coffee pot. when they came in to clean they did not give any more shampoo. for the continental breakfast they only had waffes and toast.

Ac worked

Hotel is old! Looks and smells like it. It's clear that the owners don't care. Cracks and holes everywhere. The TV service sucked as well. Than again what do you expect from greedy Indian folks.

Comfortable beds

There is construction 🚧 in front of the hotel right now (freeway), a lot of traffic in some hours, not all the time.

People Talking Outside My Room which Was 117, They Were very Loud, But Everything Else was Excellent Service, I will Definitely Stay At this Location Again

The staff, they¿re all very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. They¿re all really nice people.

The hotel is very old. The room smells pretty bad. The furniture has grease in it. It looked like some things are used from previous guests but they leave it anyway. The breakfast is bad.

Good quality

No elevator to second floor I had to walk alot of steep steps to get up the stairs after just having surgery on my left leg

The staff is friendly and helpful.

The towels are old, they need to be changed.

The cleaning, there was no maintnace person, we had an awful experience for me and my family the wc flooded and we had to clean everything because of lack of personal and the submanager(at least she said that, Liz) was terribly unrespectfull.
