- yes, when I booked a two queen beds in side by side room, but when they allocated it, its a common side by side queen beds. Very much disppointed.
- They did not clean the room during our stay. We asked for clean towels and they said they didn't have any, the next morning they still didn't have clean towels and they asked us to take the dirty towels to the front desk in order to be able to change them
- The AC did not work and was noisy. The in room alarm was set to 5:15 am by a previous customer and woke us all up. The breakfast tasted awful. The coffee burned my tongue. The oatmeal was practically water.
