Very clean and comfortable, plus staff was very friendly.

There is a bad odor from pipes in sink.

They gave me coffee and coffee creamer powder but they were completely expired, like they had gotten damp, and there were children running and screaming in the hallways at 6 am.

The person that prepared breakfast was very super nice she treated us with respect and was very helpful. Finally a hotel with excellent personnel. Everyone was friendly,cleaning people front desk persons. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet & well managed. Continental breakfast was good.

The price and location

I was double charged for my stay. This occurred after I went over my charges and was assured that this would not happen.

There are 3 buildings close together with no signs indicating where to check in. The motel staff was not helpful either, and it took about 30 minutes to check in in one building and find our room in another (where there was no security at the door).

Reasonable price, convenient location

I got the impression that housekeeping was not keeping an eye on things. For example, the light above the coffee/kitchenette area did not work, probably burnt lightbulb. I also had to secure the shades of the lamps, straightening and tightening them.

I did not like that they only try ONCE to clean your room. If they get no answer when they knock , they should go back later. They did not clean my room one day of my stay.

We were in a handicap room. I did not request a handicap room. The shower head was too low for our height. Some of the plugs in the room did not work. I had to switch by phone charger to multiple plugs.

Yes why is the person that cleans the room las in the morning trying to go into my room after just knocking when I’m still sleep at 9:30am I know we supposed to be out at 11am and on top closing the door really hard so we could wake up.

The bed was comfy.

The pool got very little sun light. There was no shower curtain in my room called front desk they did bring me one but I had to put it up myself. The sink in the bathroom did not drain to well. Mold in the shower had to clean it to just to use.

This Hotel has a very bad odor on main floor. Its a damp wet smell . The floor against outside wall is mould on it. Can be Dangerous health problem for children

Location and service. Breakfast was good and free. The happy hour in the evening was great. We were served ice cold beer and snacks. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We ignored what we did not like. There was more that we liked about the place. That was good enough.

The food was excellent. They not only served a good breakfast; they also offered complimentary cookies, oranges and apples. They had a happy hour and provided nachos. We loved the place.
