Good size room for , clean slept well

Roaches, stained linen & hair on all linen.The A/C wasn't working. Also, our room was next to the stairs and people were coming in at all hours. It was noisy.

Comfortable beds and pillows.

Unsure on how to operate the heat/AC

They accused us of smoking in the room and charged us 400$ additional dollars

Staff was wonderful

Our AC didn't work in the room. It wasn't unbearable so we didn't ask to move plus we were so tired. We just told her the next morn and she said she would let maintenance know

Located right next door to a tractor trailer semi parking lot. Noisy all night long. Rude staff

The room is clean and comfortable. I like the amenities - pool, spa, fitness, lobby. Plenty of parking.

A bit too much noise from the neighboring room. Not partying, just normal conversation that came through the adjoining door.

Clean room, comfortable bed, great area for staying up and visiting with our friends and wonderful breakfast.

Convenient location,felt safe

Multiple plumbing issues, booked this location based on pool access and the pool was closed most of our stay. When. It opened, it was still very dirty.

We love staying here when we¿re in town, it¿s always clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. We are especially pleased that the full breakfast is being served again, it was delicious.

The room was large and pretty clean. The bedding and pillows were nice. A good breakfast and coffee available in the morning.

Hotel employee was awesome, we had a family emergency and she took care of things for us. The room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. The staff are nice and courteous.

Not really, the location is ok but would be nicer in a different part of town.

The hotel was perfect. Very festive! They had activities for the kids to do in the lobby. We were there for the polar express and the hotel staff was super friendly. The hotel was polar express ready!

Customer service was great!

Bed was dressed nicely,but linen on one of the double beds were soiled straight through to the mattress and a couple of towels were soiled (rolled up neatly, but damp/used). Was disappointed, but this was taken care of. Internet service was horrible.

The hotel was clean and well worth the price point. The location isn¿t the best but I would definitely stay there again if in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cost was very affordable.
