Horrible experience. They overbooked and put us in a room that wasn't clean. We had to clean our own room to be able to stay there with other family and friends.
Everything was clean, all staff we spoke with were very kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and a highlight was seeing Santa. We didn¿t have kids with us but still took a picture with him and the Santa visit time for the kids looked outstanding

This was valentines day get away for me and my wife. When looking for a hotel we was wanting a pool and hot tub this hotel had one but was closed when we were there.That was the most important thing that we wanted.
