- Room was not very clean. Like it was 1/2 cleaned. Had clean sheets and towels, but sink counters were not clean, shower pan had hair in it, the microwave was filthy inside. I was told there were 2 complimentary waters in the room, but were not there.

Close to interstate I-10
For --- a night I have more expectations of the room.. it was ok , small, clean but totally not worth the price. Pet fee is an extra charge of $75 and a security deposit (refundable) of $50 for pet damages.. totally rip off.. breakfast is continental
The staff here is the best. Very professional, quick check-in and the property is very well maintained. This is my go to stop in Ozona. 3rd time staying here.

This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late Wednesday night and didn't have a reservation for that night. They found us a room for the night.
The breakfast and coffee are sub standard, I have mentioned this on two separate stays now. The cost of the hotel for this weekend was excessive. The 3rd floor ( at least the room I stayed) allowed for all sounds from the room above to be heard LOUDLY
The room was not far from the elevator. I am elderly and walking has become an issue with me.
I could tell the evening staff was pretty tired. The young woman behind the counter did not smile once and no pleasantries were exchange because I sense she would not welcome it. On the other hand, the morning crew was friendly.
The breakfast was perfect.. trusting the guest to be covid aware.. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for a road tripper that needed sleep. I highly recommend Hampton Inn.
Interior of room very nice. Quartz countertops in bathroom were very nice. Decor all upgraded and tasteful in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean room!!!
